No Customer Service
Have to agree with the other posters. Absolutely no customer service. Bought a Dyson vacuum on line. Great price and prompt delivery. Only problem was, I didn’t receive the product I ordered. Received a lower spec version.
1 week, 3 emails and answer phone messages left and NOTHING back from this company. Thankfully I am a member of Which and I paid with my credit card so I’ll let them sort it out from here.

I wouldn't rate this company. If this is the leading independent electrical supplier in Belfast then clearly more competition is needed.
Customer Service is non existent. Phone rings out and email you do not get a response within the 24 hour timeframe.
Attention to detail is poor and they have got my address wrong not once but twice.
Wrong item delivered and it was clear with my interaction they don't care about the customer.
I think the best thing to do is buy straight from the supplier rather than through CS supplies.

Terrible customer service
I hate to write a one star review but I would not recommend the service this company provides. A calendar month ago I ordered an oven and was told after a few days it was not actually available and would be in on 21st September. OK, these things happen. I'll not go into the details of the poor service I have experienced since then, suffice to say there is no oven and no attempt to do anything to make me feel as a customer that they care in any shape or form! I'm not a serial complainer at all, but I would really think twice about ordering from here for an appliance you rely on.
Recent purchase of a ninja airfryer…
Recent purchase of a ninja airfryer af300 unfortunately my wife required af400 and they did not have stock for the af400 so no exchange available. So i wanted a return and refund of the af300 they said you lose 20% of restock value if box open and you have to pay for return label delivery from England to Northern Ireland which cost another £22. I returned the af300 last week and still have had no response they have received the af300 and in addition have they do not pick up their phone or leave emails acknowledging if they have received the item or not. Absolutely terrible and rude as I have left them a voicemail still with no response or priority.

My wife and I ordered x2 Dyson cooling fans due to the hot weather expected this summer. Perfect service from start to finish. Communication was good with DPD tracking, arrived on time and 8n immaculate condition.

Don’t do what I did and ignore the negative reviews, you’ll regret it.
I ordered a product for a good price. The order was confirmed by CSS.
They then email me to say that there is a problem with their website and they can’t fulfil the order. The product remains on their site buy now at a higher price. They also took payment before they dispatched the goods which is not permitted under the distance selling regulations.
I do understand that people make mistakes but a good company owns these mistakes instead of letting their customers down.
Just avoid for your own good. It’s not worth it for a few quid saving.
Update. The response from CSS is completely untrue. The item is still on their website at a higher price. I wouldn’t suggest they’re being dishonest but it might seem that way to some.

I ordered the kenwood multipro FPM810 it was a lot cheaper than other retailers even Kenwood themselves. It arrived as they had said within 2 days. I had a couple of questions regarding it so I phoned CS suppliers I can’t rate their after sales enough, they at 1st didn’t know the answer to my question and said they would phone me back, I really didn’t hold up much hope of said call back (other companies promise this and don’t follow through) but good enough they phoned me back not once but twice just to clarify something with me. The staff were so pleasant and genuinely caring.

Nothing went wrong
I have to say I was worried by some of the reviews, which suggest that CSS is great for customers in Northern Ireland, but that if something doesn't go right and you are not in NI then it can be a painful customer experience.
I'm pleased to say that nothing went wrong. The price was very competitive and the delivery was swift (by DPD). The product was as advertised and I am a very satisfied customer.

Ordered on their website as it stated within 48 hours delivery, 48 hours later I contacted inquiring as I had received no confirmation of delivery. Was told it would be delivered the following day , I had informed them I specially ordered it as it stated WITHIN 48 hours and I had work at 12pm the next day . I was told it would be our down as urgent and delivered before 11.30am as their colleague never left any details
11.31am the next day I received a voicemail from their delivery driver to call him back , on that fone call he told me that his delivery docket didn’t mention to deliver before 11.30am and that it only says call 1 hour before delivering which he was doing , which I told him to take me off his list and return it as I wouldn’t be home and I would be In work , I then dropped them an email informing them of this and now running late for work yesterday and have yet to hear anything back so today at 1.15pm it will now be 5 days since I placed the order which had it stated any of this I would not have placed the order from them and I will probably go order from somewhere else and have it delivered the next day (yanno weekends when people are off) but they don’t deliver on weekends 🤷🏼♂️
Update - been a week since it was suppose to be here , was told a refund would be processed on Monday , haven’t been refunded yet , haven’t been told it’s in process and they are now ignoring my emails and can’t be bothered responding
