My charger developed an error fault after two years of use. I contacted customer support and after two emails I was sent a new charger and received it in two days. Very excellent warranty service.

I purchased the charger in Jan 2023 and suffered a failure in October 2025. Less than three days after notifying the support staff of the malfunction, I have a replacement enroute and provided under warranty. From my perspective, this is the action of an exceptional company standing behind a quality product that is supported by a competent and caring staff.

I bought a Ctek charger which worked fine. Then it stopped charging. I contacted Ctek and they replaced it with a new one quickly. I can highly recommend their Customer Service.

CTEK charger worked great but indicator lights stopped working after 18 months. Contacted CTEK who quickly responded and gave quick, clear and fair response. Replacement unit being sent to me and remainder of 5 year warranty intact. It’s when things go wrong that you really appreciate the excellent customer service.

Immediate e-mail sent with Case # to confirm receipt. (Wednesday Sept. 24)
Leo (Support) responded the SAME DAY with an easy PDF form and directions.
Following day I received an e-mail stating my Case # was under review
Less than five days later I received an e-mail stating my replacment is on its way.
Wednesday October 1 my new CTEK was on my front porch!!!

Having purchased this battery charger in 2022 after reading some good reviews and comments about the charger it lived up to my expectations until I went to use it recently and unfortunately found that it had something wrong as it was not charging my car battery, after my initial contact with the company’s customer service support (as the battery charger came with a 5 year warranty) they immediately acted on the information I provided and within 24 hours they have issued me a brand new battery charger replacement, this company has acted in a very professional manner and fully deserves my review 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great products and even better support! I have been using my CTEK lithium charger for over 5 years. I started having a problem with it and CTEK fixed it free of charge even though it was slightly beyond the warranty period. Used the MXS 5.0 to trickle charge my car after a number of flat batteries that no garage could find the cause for. Absolutely no battery issues since - the charger has worked perfectly... until it broke after around 18 months. But CTEK customer support were fantastic. Arranged for a replacement and it was shipped to me very quickly. Back using it again! Very impressed.
