Great product!

I had a question before ordering, and one after. Both were answered quickly and with detailed information. Brilliant service, I highly recommend this company.

Bought one of your chargers for £85. The very next day it went on offer at £67! You could have had the decency and honesty to tell me that it was going on offer. Please do not insult my intelligence by saying you didn't know it was going to be on offer. Never will I buy anything from this company again.

It is an easy hookup to the battery and provides an easy connection to charge a battery that is critically low.

CTEK warranted my battery charger even though I discarded my receipt (proof of purchase).

Many manufacturers use CTEK as there go to trickle charger. Instead of getting a CTEK Mercedes trickle charger. I bought a CTEK MXS 5.0 for half of the cost of the CTEK Mercedes trickle charger. Easy to use and it works.

After a decade or more of humming and hawing about buying a fun sports car, I finally made the move this spring. Now I need to store it for winter. I learned from research and chatting with fellow auto enthusiasts about your product and decided to purchase yours over the competition. I checked out Amazon but that was so confusing with all the products and options so I ended up on your website. The purchase process was so simple (and secure) and my purchase arrived right when they estimated it would. It works just as advertised, and looks and feels like a high quality, well manufactured product. I will be purchasing another one for my regular vehicles.

While attempting to use a CTEK battery charger I experienced an overheating problem with the unit.

I contacted CTEK on their web site explaining the problem and ask for recommendations. CTEK provided several suggestions and indicated they would be willing to test the charger if I would send it in for evaluation.

After sending the charger back to the company I received email confirmation they received the item and would test the equipment. Several emails were shared in an effort to identify and solve the problem to my satisfaction.

My experience with CTEK was very positive. Communications were timely and kept me informed of the process/progress.

I did not expect the level of service I received from CTEK. I was impressed with the fact CTEK was willing to test their product in an effort to resolve my concerns.

In an era of what seems to be a throw away society (and just send the customer a replacement) CTEK offered a sincere effort to fix the product to my satisfaction.

I have and will continue to suggest CTEK products to family and friends based on the quality of their products and willingness to solve issues presented to them.

I lost the temperature cable for my Ctek charger. I contacted the customer care team as the item was on the website but not any price or information on availability.

The customer care team responded to my email promptly and were able to assist me in replacing the part I lost.

Quick and painless outstanding customer service. Refreshing, as most companies have gone in the opposite direction offering barley any customer assistance at all.

When my charger got a defect, CTEK kept it's word for 5 years warranty and sent me just a new one.
