I only received a part of the order while I paid for both antenna and a hotspot (It was a December delivery). After two months of not receiving the antenna I tried to cancel the order and receive a refund, but got ignored twice (and still no antenna). I've also seen how you delete negative comments on discord, so you get 1 star you bunch of scammers.

Can someonme on truspilot give me directions on how to contact the UK authorities or consumer rights department to file an official complain about this company?

I don't want tot do any more business with your company. I'm repeating what I said in the e-mail; I'm cancelling the order because you didn't deliver the promised goods on time. Take back your stuff and give me a refund.

Ordered a merryiot browan miner, stopped working after less than a day so I:
- sent an email, no response after a month
- opened a ticket, a few generic replies, and then again stopped responding.

Update: it's been a month since they said they would arrange courier collection for RMA

very very bad customer service, they don't meet the delivery deadlines, even after almost half a year, they keep saying they ship the following week and nothing, then they ship, but they don't ship the whole order, horrible company, no recommend for nothing

Ordered 5 miners. Received 5 miners.
Delivery a little delayed due to supplier issues. But only a month or so, compared to other suppliers it was quick!

Never received my antenna. Told me multiple times that they were gonna send it next week. Never received anything and whn i asked about it in the discord server they blocked and kicked me. Dont trust these guys

Not a good experience from issues with online checkout to paying via crypto, to not getting order confirmation to delays in shipping.

They block the users who ask for refound... Scam alert

I ordered 6 miners and was only sent 1.
After opening a ticket and sending email to the support email and waiting for more than a week now. I notice that I’ve been scammed. No answer from any of the support. I lost more than 2500€ because of this. Everybody please be careful with where you spend your money.

I bought a browan miner arrived soon I hade a(personal) problem with the transfer but cubify helped me to correct it

Didn’t receive hotspotS almost 4 month. They promised to delivery on November . It’s January 15 now . No contact, worst support ever. They did almost nothing. I Think they are scammers.

Professional Company, everything arrived on time and well packaged. When manufacturers deliver on time Cubify delivers aswell. Legit Company, thanks again!

I would like to recomend cubify for excelent shipping time compering to other brand like bobcat, lixndot etc where delivery time taking up to 8 months , just purchase Browan Merry IOT , bought 5th recived 11th .
Also shout out to Punisher-Cubify from Discord which update me with delivery time up to date.

I ordered a lowaran gateway. Had to pay within 48 hours of my order. I did, Cubify never left me a message that the order was accepted. Emailed them several times, Cubify won't reply. After 2 months they still haven't replied, so I just lost €600.
