Never ever again. Since weeks there is no response to emails, tickets or in the discord.
Good, that I paid with credit card, so I was able to pull my money back, since they have a non refund policy.

proper scam......please guys do not buy anything from these organisation.

Already contacted with my lawyers. They don’t have any products, they sell. No response to clients. Waiting before February, then will start suck all money buck + penalties they will have to pay. Don’t t and Never trust them.

Amateur company you can see and see. No customer relations, no communication. Don't shop, you get bored, stay away!!!

This company is the most unprofessional and dishonest company you will ever come across. They dont keep any stock and create sales pages offering quick delivery. Onced you are sucked into buying thats the last you will hear from them and it may take upto 8 months to get your product. They dont respond to customers and if they do its only with more lies. They are liars who sell stuff they dont have and spend months trying to find products. They only accept payment in crypto so you cant complain to your creditcard company and have no way to cancel or ask for a refund. PLEASE AVOID!!!!!! THEY DONT HAVE THE PRODUCT THEY SELL YOU!!!!!! there are thousands of people like me who have been waiting for months for a product with not even a single email response to our queries

Look up the company online, note the name of the owner and google the name. I can assure you you will never order anything from this company again. Certainly not a miner, I have checked with Browan, he is not an authorised retailer.

Ordered 2x presale late August. Promised delivery end of October. Nothing arrived. Their customer support is swift at responding and telling you wait further, which i did. I asked for a refund end of November and all of a sudden, they stopped responding to my mails.
Stay away from this company, nothing but scam.
Thankfully, my brother in law is a lawyer and looking in to this fraud company.

Communication almost non-existent, I know there is delays but not keeping your customers informed about what is happening with their order will lead to bad reviews.

Great company! Ordered in the first batch and received order a couple of days ago. If you follow them on discord they reply pretty quick and make most of the updates on there.
I have purchased again.

No response from the site, delays and more delays with delivers.

They are simply ignoring you after you have made a purchase. Delivery of products doesn't happen on time. There are no any updates for the customers.

I asked to cancel my order but they haven't replied at all. I'm getting a feeling they are just scamming people.

support communicates after a long time. It guarantees me delivery of the order next week. Upon delivery, I will inform and adjust the rating.

Recently bought miner from them, send them more than 6 messages, tried contact them via online chat. No response, high shipping costs, discount codes not working.

I do not recomend them, please be aware.

Cubify are terrible in responding to emails, especially after they have received your money.
I received an email asking me to pay for my miner, which I already had done then an apology for the mix up followed by an email telling me they were being dispatched. That was nearly 3 weeks ago and have sent them numerous emails since and have had no reply.
