It took quite a while to sell my house, for various reasons, including an agreed sale falling through. On both occasions of being listed I received viewings and offers within a couple of weeks. Sarah Nelson kept me well informed throughout the whole frustrating process either by telephone or by email. Can't recommend Cumbrian Properties any higher.

Our business was both Buying & Selling. The market at this time was depressed. C.P. advertise widely a plus point. Julie was the main agent and handled the business quickly and effectively with all agents equally well briefed. The pictures in the sale brochure were not helpful and there was no floor plan offered. This business knows the market well and will respond to needs and advise accordingly. E.C

Rang to ask some questions about a property we had been to view and spoke to Maria. She was knowledgable, polite and helpful and was able to explain a number of things that I had been unsure about regarding my current property and the process of moving to rent somewhere else.

One of our properties became vacant so I got intouch with cumbria properties , who we have dealt with before.
They are always professional, efficent & communicate very well, keeping you informed all the time.
Our property had 8 viewings & was only empty a week before new tenant moved in,which is a record time for a turn around. Sue was really good at guiding & advising me through the list of viewing which I did. Excellent company to deal with, they take care of everything and are very helpful. I can't thank Adrian and the team enough.

Absolutely shocking service and completely un-professional, arrogant and aggressive attitude. I offered the asking price for a property. I was the first viewer, and a cash buyer without a house to sell. No requirement for a survey and could complete without seaches if required at break neck speed. I even put in a slightly higher offer in to secure the sale. You may ask why I didn't get the property?? That's because the estate agent did not qualify our status properly after being told I was very proceedable and could complete quickly. They also wanted to get into either a contract race and go down the greedy route of getting higher offers to get more commission. Shame on you!

Sue Moses made the process of renting Innisfree as stress free as possible. I was having difficulty with the Canopy vetting process, she took over the vetting and all was resolved in minutes. I had been on the Canopy site for some time and got little help from them even when I asked. Sue could not have been more helpful
