I was given 100% support and help while getting my property ready for rental, they helped me through the mine field which is private letting. Cumbria Properties and in particular Susan Mosses were professional in their speed of response, detail of explanation and thoroughness of securing the right client for us. I found them to be value for money and no request was too much, I am a fussy customer, and the staff were always available to answer my questions. I have used other letting agents previously and cannot fault Cumbria Properties, their local knowledge of the market and vast experience showed in everything they did for me.

Charged me £408 to not sell my property after having it on the market for 6 months, after I change estate agent I sold with in 1 week. During the process of changing estate agent they tried to tell me it was my fault the property had not sold. There staff are rude and incompetent. Avoid them.

We contacted three local agents for an market assessment of a family home bordering the Lake District National Park and although not the highest we chose Cumbrian Properties as we felt they were the most realistic. The house was marketed promptly and eight viewers lined up within two days. A sale at 5% above the asking price was agreed after a further three days and the sale completed without any complications over the Christmas period. terrible service from this letting agents avoid at all costs. Advertising a place to let that are actually up for sale even though they knew and the landlord knew we were looking for a permanent place. They also knew we had over a 300 mile trip. When we submitted the application we were told that no one else would be accepted , only to find out more people had been accepted . AVOID!!!
