A VERY POOR SERVICE
We ordered an item from Cupboard Direct way back at the start of May Cupboard Direct subsequently took the money from the bank for this order but to date no item has been delivered. We have not been updated on the failure to deliver this at any point only when we have called Cupboard Direct to be told it is out of stock. We were promised the item last week, and again towards the end of this week. It still has not arrived.

Long Delay
Having purchased a lunch trolley early in April and being advised that it would take 20 days, we are still waiting for it over two months later. Initially communication was poor. They only updated us on the delay when we made contact with them at the beginning of June.

Due to a high volume of orders and a shortage of stock, we have unfortunately been experiencing delays with some of these items which were unaware of this at the time due to poor communication from the actual manufacturer of these items.

Mis information on delivery
When I progressed the order after the agreed delivery date had passed, I was told it had been delivered, the order was for 10 off work benches, not something you can miss, I was given a POD with a name we did not recognise after 3 days I was then told that the delivery would be a further week.

I've looked into this and can confirm that the information we passed onto you regarding the delivery of your items was given in good faith as this is what we were told at the time by the manufacturer of the workbenches and also the courier. Upon further investigation it became apparent that the workbenches had in fact not been delivered as we had been originally informed.
As you are aware, we did subsequently keep in contact with you to advise delivery would be made within a 4 hour window on a specific delivery date to try and minimise disruption.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate you taking the time to review.
