Easy to order. Good communications for choosing tray colours and organising delivery date. The driver was the same one as last time - very friendly and happy to help. Only thing that confuses about this company is that one they telephone to arrange delivery they call themselves Monarch Furniture.

Ordering was very simple. Delivery within timescale. Communication received as we had to pay extra £6 postage for delivery to Aberdeen.

As the title describes I found Cupboards Direct (I dealt with a lady called Ruth) to be helpful, friendly and professional. All correspondence was responded to within a day maximum and no query or question was too much trouble.

This company was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Shaun is a total asset to this company giving regular updates on stock that was coming in. The table was very competitive priced and Was of good quality with no faults whatsoever, which appears to be a rarity these days. Well done cupboards direct. Definitely on my top list of best buys

I find using on-line companies can be faceless, but when I called for a proof of delivery I felt the service was personal and professional and sorted quickly, I would recommend them and use them again if required.

Straightforward, no-nonsense products and service

The stools look amazing and exactly like they do in the picture. There was a slight delay in delivery however when I contacted cupboards direct the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and kept in touch with me.

The cupboard was delivered quickly and was already assembled - a miracle in this age of flat pack :). It is a sturdy cupboard well put together and I have been using it now for 4 months and would be lost without it. I purchased an extra shelf to put smaller things on and it gives ample room for storage.

I placed an order with Cupboards Direct. A day later I got a phone call from a customer service rep to talk about the delivery date. I got a second call confirming that. Then, on the day, I called to double check, got another person who checked the delivery and called me back with a delivery window. It arrived on time. The cupboard was in well-packed segments, ready for self-assembly. Exactly what I ordered -- in good condition and on time! Great -- I would definitely recommend Cupboards Direct to anyone!

Ordered their budget janitor cupboard. Arrived promptly in good condition. Was left in my unlocked garage as arranged so I didn't have to take time off work, which was brilliant. Cupboard was as advertised and good value. Only snag was the hanger rail was a poor fit. It had been cut roughly and too short. Anything hung on it would have pulled the rail out of its fixings. I asked for a replacement part, which was supplied very quickly and without question. This one fitted perfectly. I'm very pleased with the product and the prompt, courteous service I received at all times. I need a small low standing cupboard now. I won't look anywhere else.

Very helpful customer services at Cupboards Direct. We had wanted a white cupboard big enough to store and keep tidy the hoover, ironing board, iron, pans, brooms and various other items in a utilty room and we were very pleased to see just the item on Cupboards Direct web site. We checked before buying if we would be given adequate notice of the delivery day as we needed to make arrangements to be there, unfortunately the delivery company could not do this so they made two unsuccessful attempts to deliver before successfully doing so on the third try. This was very frustrating as it took about four weeks. One door is a slightly different colour from the rest of the cupboard and there were two marks on the cupboard which we covered with tippex. We did not have the strength to return the cupboard and in the location the colour change is not noticable.It has greatly improved the room.
