The AI support was useless, as all the “fixes” it recommended didn’t apply to ARK, seeing as the game doesn’t appear in the CurseForge app. However, Dana was quick and precise. She asked for my acc... See more

A good experience
Had a very easy time navigating and using Curse forge. Staff were polite, helpful and quick when I had a minor issue.
Very satified
Copycatters and nothing to be done by Curseforge
I don't know how this all works BUT I noticed a lot of copycatters for mods. I don't personally download the copycatters but I wish Curseforge would better protect their creators. Curseforge won't do anything unless the copycats are copying the codes. I wouldn't know and there's no way to report these copycatters without having to reach out to Cursegorge directly and when I did, they didn't really do anything. Wish there was a button to report these copycatters so Curseforge could do better for the original creators..
EDIT:
Curseforge, yes I already received the same advice from you guys and that just seems sketch to me on behalf of your company TBH so I have deleted Curseforge and found my favorite modders through Patreon instead

Only great experience so far
Been using CurseForge since forever and both the mods I use and the support the site has given me have been great throughout.
It's easy and friendly to use
It's easy and friendly to use (at least in my experience as creator!).
Same Issue - Same Great Response
I know this is a repeat of another review, but it matches my support situation exactly. "I had a weird situation and it took several emails but customer service that I was getting was not giving up. They didn't give me a scripted answer and then let me go. They were determined to fix it. I respect that because that's not always the case today."
CurseForge is one of the best…
CurseForge is one of the best distribution channels for Mods - perhaps the best of all.
And probably the one that will survive us all - I expect my grandkids to be able to play the same Mods I do today. Kraken knows that most Mod sites nowadays don't survive 5 to 10 years, CurseForge is among us for near 20.
The current process of reviewing the submissions is also a badly need feature that it's lacking on most Mods distribution channels nowadays - we need a Chain of Trust, and CurseForge helps on securing one.

Not a big deal
I was having an issue where I couldn’t make a new pack and when I contacted I had like 3 days wasted from 2 responses that said absurd stuff one was just to greet me and the other asked if I had tried restarting the app.Other than that it was fine.
Service that didn't quit

Great, but it's a corporation that's running the business, not people
As a Minecraft mod pack creator, this app is great for me. My issue stands in the fact that it took a long time for them to implement some basic features every other app has. For example, I've been using this app since 2020 and since then, it is only now that they added the ability to launch the game directly, without having to go through the vanilla mc launcher first
Amazing
Quick and fast to help me with the minimal difficulties I faced.

I had great help with my question that I needed help with. Fast response time and very very nice people
They helped me with my problem
Good Programm only one little problem
CurseForge is a verry good programm to play with mods. It is easy to understand and has a lot of different mods. The only problem i see is that you can not use mods for example for minecraft even if they are only 1 version to old. So you cant add a 1.20.5 mod to a 1.20.6 modpack, even if this update didnt change anything from the wise the mod works.
