Although I'll admit at first that there was some confusion because I wasn't getting the response I was looking for, it was quickly resolved when I asked some questions to clarify. They were quick to respond and quick to resolve my issues when I reached out via support.

i got banned from CF for a rule that wasn't mentioned in the terms and conditions. They even refused to unban me. Then they send me an email saying to review the site.

Massive issue iv had for months got resolved, moderator was an absolute darling, super kind and understanding and helpful, and even kept the report ticket open until I confirmed the issue was resolved, really nice person, issue was fixed.

my personal favourite, I use it to run my Minecraft modpack as it is the easiest modpack creator to use
