Placed an order for two large industrial curtains with several special requests / add ons. The curtains arrived much faster than promised, but they were missing one of our secial requests. AKON arranged for the curtains to be returned to them so that the request could be fulfilled and proptly returned them to us. Overall very good product and excellent customer service. Currently making another order.

I purchased a residential curtain track for my home project on Akon's Amazon site. It did not come with the chain pictured. I called Akon this morning, and Eric Lee, the sales representative, was beyond helpful. He very quickly sent over mounting instructions and 2 links for the exact chain and connectors I need. He was pleasant and knowledgeable, and made me very happy I chose to work with Akon. Customer service is EVERYTHING, so thank you, Akon, for providing top-notch representatives to help customers. Keep up the good work.

Very happy with the curtain that I got and the customer service is excellent. They were very responsive when I had an issue with shipping.

My sales representative, Eric, knows the product. He was able to answer all my questions and confirm my order with what I needed for the application. The Akon commercial curtains are heavy-duty and durable. We use these curtains in the warehouse, separating the work area from the lab area. This order is used to enclose a lab area where we wash condenser coils and need a conditioned environment for the outdoor AC units. This is a very versatile product. Thanks, Eric.

Eric Lee and Mark Ackerman, from Akon Curtain, were extremely helpful in helping me build the exact curtain that I needed to paint in my garage workshop. They took the time to answer my detailed questions and provide their best recommenations that worked to a
T. I love the way this curtain looks and functions. I will now have an air sealed, vented for air intake (Akon's built into the curtain, intake filters), and outake through a vent hood on the side of my garage area to paint in my garage, so my wife does not complain LOL. Thanks you Eric & Mark

They answered every question we had and there were a lot of questions on our end. The curtain was a challenge for everyone involved and, in the end, it turned out fabulous. We used the polyester fabric, and it drapes so well. Looks amazing. In fact, it looks so good that some of the congregation did not even notice that it was there. The delivery was very fast, too. If you are looking for curtain tarps for your patio that need to be fairly square and sized within their limits, I Would definitely go elsewhere. If you are looking for something that can be off measurements, not square than order away. Thankfully I made a part order as a test per say. Would definitely not order from here again, and good luck to you. Nothing against their customer service, but this company with out any doubts needs better production abilities and for sure better QA.

Akon, went well beyond our expectations to make sure our order was corrected and just as we ordered. we had a Zipper issue arrive due to cold weather shrinkage of the PVC material which caused a rip at the Zipper seam, instead of a repair fix, Akon just sent us a new Curtain all together. We wasn't expecting them to send a New Custom Curtain but they did. That is true dedicated service to their customers. I.m sure we will order more and can recommend Akon for business. Thank you Erica !!

The product was exactly as advertised. Installation was straightforward and the tarp is high quality. The design team was helpful and Michael David provided great customer support.

1st - 5 stars order received less than 10 days from order date
2nd - 5 Stars you get exactly what you order per website instructions on ordering
3rd - 3 Stars company responsive initially. Might be AI, might not. In think I had both. Had questions regarding order when placed, AI or “person” said “production” would confirm order before filling, and would be able to make changes, if need be,
at that time. Apparently cannot cancel or change order once placed, but can change pre production when “production” contacts to confirm measurements. I was not contacted, so I could not either get confirmation or change my order. Luckily, my measurements worked out due to the “+/- 1”” warning. Otherwise I would have been screwed. My order was +1”, which worked out almost perfect. So beware
4th - 4 stars. Quality. It is what it is. Decent quality material, but tarp was out of square by 1/2”, only was issue because I should have ordered 1” bigger, and since out of square was a challenge to mount the way I needed. I realized my mistake after I placed order, and back to #3, I was expecting confirmation call from preproduction as my email contact said I would receive and could make chnges then. Again no call, received order 10 days after order.
5th and lastly, I will use this company gain for sure. Know that I know how to work through the order process and what to expect

The product is operating great. Just as we expected and anticipated. I initially made a very large mistake when placing the order, but the team at Akon did a great job of resolving the issue. Thank y'all for the service and for a great product!
