This is the first business I have conducted with Akon. The clear tarps for my porch are extremely well made and look great. I had the privilege to work with Michael Davis for customer support. I am very well pleased and will purchase from Akon again in the future.

The customer serice was exemplary. This includes a quick turnaround on the quote, assistance in ordering the curtains that I wanted, and a very detailed order confirmation document. In addition, I got personal attention regarding leadtime and a delivery date as well as status updates. Kudos for their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Product measurements were not correct and missing snap screws, tried to discuss by email Jan Marc, it went no where, she kept trying to get me to take pictures of screws that were missing! There is no support they do not stand behind their product. Also, I did not expect these to come from China, that explains the poor unresolved service and language issue in the emails. The ordering process was smooth with good help online and on the phone for the details. The order arrived when predicted and the quality of the items was superb.

I needed tracks and curtains for a uniquely shaped room in my business, and it was incredibly hard to find a company that could handle the project. Akon Curtains was the perfect solution. The process was very easy from start to finish, and the pricing was extremely reasonable. Before finding them, I was either getting cheap quotes for products that wouldn’t hold up in a commercial setting or outrageously expensive options. I highly recommend this company. I work with a lot of vendors, and they are definitely a cut above most.

I received the panels pretty quickly - within about 20 days between ordering them and them being at my house. Measurements were pretty spot on (I added a few inches on each side when measuring). I accidentally picked the wrong color for the webbing but called them the next day and they were able to change it to the black color. After the fact, I received a few emails with status of my order and an email once the panels shipped with tracking number. They even followed up about 2 weeks after delivery to check and make sure the installation went smooth and I had no questions. I was a bit worried about this whole process because the panels aren’t cheap and my measuring skills aren’t the best but I was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend if you need your screened in porch covered up for the winter!

Well-made curtains that don’t take too long to arrive. Fit perfectly! Will order from AKON in the future if I have the need.

All my tarps were custom made for many cut outs and zippers. 8 in total. 1st tarp I received came to me too small but they replaced it right away. The other 7 fit perfect for my unusual project. Absolutely would recommend Akon Tarps.

I am very pleased with the custom 30 mil clear vinyl curtains I purchased. They were easy to install and look great. The curtains gave our patio a finished and clean look. It also provided a protective barrier against wind and rain while still being able to enjoy our view. That allows us to use our heated outdoor area even on cold, rainy, snowy or windy days. I would recommend this company to friends and family and will purchase from them again when the need arises.
