Unable to return the bras I purchased because I live in Canada despite nothing stating otherwise on their website. Customer support is useless. Website says I can send them back minus a certain amount for shipping but when I put my order number into their return portal im told my bras are not eligible for return. The same thing occurred with "parfait" bra website. Total scammy behavior on their part, as I am now stuck with $200 worth of bras that dont fit and are useless to me.
So impressed. Not only great support in your bra, but great support in their customer service team!
My bra had succumbed to the dreaded wire poking through and it was just over 5 months since I'd bought it.
I was sceptical, but thought I would reach out to see if there was anything the team could support with. My enquiry was received quickly and friendly, and I was offered a new replacement bra as it was under 6 months old.
I'm so impressed. Bra's are hard enough to find, without the standard issues. But to find a great bra and a great company is so refreshing.
It's wonderful to see brands that react like this to their customers.
I'll 100% be continuing to buy from Curvy Kate.

I have recently ordered quite a considerable number of bras and all are being returned (apart from the one I’ve worn which will go in the bin)… very very disappointed as I had really high hopes and heard good things. They all fit differently with some cups being miles too big and the wires digging into the side of my breast (even though it is the right size). Not comfortable to wear at all
Bought 4 Curvy Kate bras online in bra size I normally wear. Worst bras I have ever bought. All four cut in and around armpit. Two dig in front between breasts. All cups were too big, some by a small amount and one is huge. They were all supposed to be same cup size yet difference in cup sizes is staggering.
To return I was looking at close to $40 in postage. Between delivery and return costs it was $55 - cost of a bra. Because the online help was non-existant I have kept bras and won't buy on line again.
Have tried to log in. Message informing me that a code will be sent to e.m. to reset. Have tried multiple times on multiple days no success and yet I'm still receiving marketing email almost every day.
Was able to order by cup size (40DDD) which is great however the rest of the suit was oversized. When I went to return the cost to return was $20. Not happy to throw out $20.
The bra was beautifu and the material was high quality
I love the deep dive wireless swim suit. 34J/JJ fits perfectly. I’m anything between a 32JJ (Fantasie/freya/elomi) and this fits perfectly. Good to swim in - delayed writing a review as other people said no good for actual swim but I found it perfect. Wish there were other colours but will probably buy another black one as a good swimsuit is like gold dust.
I contacted CK as a bought 2 bras via a third party and didn’t feel confident in the third party dealing with the returns. CK went above and beyond to sort for me (Dee I believe) and took ownership. In a sea of terrible service experiences from business, this company was a breath of fresh air. Thank you it does make a difference, I will be ordering from you direct.
The bra from curvy kate came it was strapless one it was supposed to support, i can honestly say i would have more support from a tissue, i can’t get hold of anyone to send it back they don’t answer the emails, texts or phone calls , can anyone tell me how to get in touch with this terrible company
Never received my parcel and have emailed and called on numerous occasions,have spoken with courier who have told me to contact seller.
i have ordered several times and the quality i the stitching is not great, the wire on all the bras came out in less than 1 month of purchasing
Ordered 2 36e Bra's which is my normal size and when they arrived the cup was half the size of my normal bra cup.... not impressed as spent over £50 for them both and they didnt even fit..
There was a problem with the shipping address on my order. I emailed them right away, but got no response. I sent a chat message with email the next business day, but got no response. I sent another email, and got no response. They eventually got back to me and addressed the problem on day 4
I ordered £68 worth of items, which did not fit.
These have been returned and confirmation received on 01.09.23 - yet still no refund.
Very poor communication and would def not recommend them. Looks like will need to take this up with my bank to get my money back.
Great products, I was so happy when I discovered Curvy Kate. I got a video fitting and ordered several bras, and nearly my whole collection is now Curvy Kate bras. But recently I've become a bit unhappy with the quality of the products. I have about seven or eight daily bras which I rotate so some of the others get very little wear. I've had the wire pop out of three bras after six months which I was a little uncomfortable with but ready to accept. But I bought a body last year which I've worn exactly twice as it tore after the second wear. You can tell the item is faulty and has not been worn because there are no stretch marks on it, it looks brand new. Yet customer service would not engage because it's been a year since purchase. They have also stopped doing the virtual bra fitting service, which is a shame.
I’m trying to contact CurvyKate by email and telephone to return an item which was delivered without a return note. Cannot get through on telephone all all, no matter which extension I try. There’s a recorded message saying they are open mon-fri 9am-5pm. None of my calls are answered. Their website says their contact email is one thing (not allowed to say here for some reason but the recorded messages says email something different. I have tried both several times to both to no avail.
Shockingly bad customer service and the item ordered doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do - ie. convert to backless!
Really disappointed and it’s an expensive item too!
You will be left unsupported in both areas (boob and customer support) bra broke within a few weeks.
Offered vouchers instead of a refund as they don’t accept faulty product but are happy to sell them?
Avoid this company at all cost!
I’m currently trying to get in contact with them, I have sent emails after emails and called them, no reply it’s annoying me as I spent over £50 on bras which unfortunately didn’t fit me so I returned them, it’s been over 2 weeks and no luck! I wouldn’t recommend the seller horrible customer service and definitely had a bad experience! Needs sorting out
Amazing underwear! The quality and fit is great. I am so happy I found this store. Its normally difficult to get nice, attractive looking underwear in big cup sizes. I ordered a few sets which arrived yesterday and I am so happy with them. They fit better than any other bra I have ever bought and I feel really good in them. Such so, I ordered another 3 bra and knicker sets! Can't wait for them to arrive 😍
