Terrible service
Terrible service! None of the bras fitted, so I sent them all back. I did this on the 5th of May and still havent had a full refund. It has been impossible to contact anyone via email. I just want my money back!!!

Thank you for your feedback. Looking into this, we can see that you have been already in touch with us on a few occasions regarding your return and our response timeframe is up 48 hours to respond to reply to a customers' query. Apologies if this has let you down.
Although we don't send notifications when a return was delivered to us, all our UK returns are prepaid and fully tracked. Your proof of postage will include a tracking number that you can use to check on the whereabouts of your parcel.
The current returns processing time can take up to 14 working days from the date of its receipt, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Rest assured our team is working through these in chronological order as quickly as humanly possible. Once your returns have been processed, you will receive an email to confirm and will be refunded the same day. Depending on your payment method, please allow up to 3-5 business days for the funds to appear back in your account.
Looking into this, we can see that your refund has been issued on the 17th of May, back to the original payment method used on the website. An email confirmation has been sent as well for your reference.

I ordered initially after taking the online quiz about bra fit, and wasn't sure if the sizes were right for me. I organised an online fitting, and Charlotte was super helpful! Ordered again based on her design and sizing recommendations, and now have 4 bras which actually fit and support me!

Underwear/outerwear
I've been looking for a nice bra for some time, and being in the big boob brigade my expectations were low. Then i happened to stumble across the underwear that can be outerwear and I thought am I brave enough, well the answer was yes. I love the style, the fit,the support it gives and most of all how confident it made me feel. It's amazing the power of a nice bra. Will definitely be ordering again.

The comfiest and most easy wearing bra I have ever worn. It’s seriously the best. It washes well and supports without being uncomfortable, no wires that cut or stick in, no rubbing and it keeps you cool. Love the little extra touches and will definitely be buying more!! (38GG)

Not worth the price for the product.
The bras don't fit the way they should and the cost isn't worth the product. I took the survey and was told a size to order, they are pretty small in the cup. Plus returning or exchanging is at your cost and I paid import fees just to get the product.
I won't be ordering again.

I normally trust UK bras
I am the same UK size everywhere, but these did not work at all. I bought full coverage and balcony and my boobs looked awful with no support at all!
I wish I had researched more because I didn't know I couldn't return from the US either. Now I'm out $87!

First and last time customer
I didn't read the return policy well enough obviously customer service told me it would be about $25 to send back my return they were wrong, It was going to be $65!!!! so now I'm stuck with two swimming suits that the sizing was way off....
the bust fit and the bottom and the waist of the swimsuit were huge and sloppy. No support anywhere. Not the quality I was expecting. And certainly not the customer support I would expect from anyone. I ordered from the US site also BTW...
I wont waste my time or money here again. Very disappointed in the whole thing.
I can NOT recommend. Keep looking...

Purchasing from abroad
Purchasing from abroad, I was wary. I was absolutely delighted to find that everyone at Curvy Kate was responsive and very helpful. I haven't had to make a return yet! I highly recommend doing the virtual bra fittings in order to find your best cut and size.

Don't Bother!
The conversion chart and online sizer must be incorrect because what should have fit me like a 36DDD was so small it was ridiculous. Cheap material, especially for the price point. Took weeks to arrive. Such a hassle for returns I didn't even bother. I donated it. My experience wasn't what they advertise! I wouldn't recommend!!

I returned a bra ! They received it back on 25/4/2022…. I have emailed numerous times ! All you get is a returns link saying how much they value your custom 🤣… Iv rang it goes straight to voicemail… today is 11/5/2022 and still no refund ! My advice to everyone reading this is to shop else where because this isn’t customer service or indeed customer care ! It’s simply appalling business management.

The bras are very pretty and they fit perfectly, but are cheep fabric and the stitch of the garment is horrible. I don't expect them to last along time and I won't be buying anything else from here.
