Ordered over 2 weeks ago and absolutely no communication apart from tracking email that still shows “no update”. Won’t answer any communications either! I would absolutely not recommend this company.

Legit and great company
I want to take the time to review this company as I can only see bad reviews basically here, while on Etsy they have 15000+ amazing reviews so the reviews on here are definitely not right, maybe they had a bad experience but things happen unfortunately. It’s the same shop as the Etsy one. Anyway, I am very happy I have placed the order before I read the reviews on here because if I read them before I wouldn’t have placed the order and that would have been a shame. Anyway, just want to say they are absolutely great company and you can trust. They work a lot, they send lots of orders and that’s why your order might take longer to arrive. In my case when I reached them out the order was posted but waited to be delivered so not their fault. They have a shop website powered by Shopify and that’s why I placed the order there rather than on Etsy, but after 2 weeks it didn’t arrive yet so I checked here and I read the reviews. Started panicking. Tried to contact them via website and email. No reply. Then I contacted them quite unfriendly to be honest as worried I have been scammed. They replied politely and looked into my order and told me they posted and reassured me. Order arrived today. So my experience is positive, if I didn’t panic the order would have been arrived the day after without fuss.

Awful experience
Really disappointing experience. Poor communication, had to chase them on Instagram for a response as they didn’t reply to my email. Will NOT be buying again. Took ages to get a refund once they told me they hadn’t made the cutters I ordered. If you can’t fulfil orders because you are “ too busy “ don’t accept them!!!!!!! We are all busy, it’s no excuse.

This is poor customer service !!!

Don’t not buy or waste your money
Don’t not buy or waste your money.
So I purchased two stamped three weeks ago, and I have never received them. I have emailed several times and have been ignored every single time. The product has been purchased, money taken and now they just ignore me.
I have checked their Facebook and their reviews are terrible!!! Everyone so saying the exact same, and yet they do not response to any of the comments.
Check their Facebook for all their comments, and it’s all recent ones. I have only went back a month and it’s nothing but ignored emails
