After the best part of a year, today we finally took delivery of a new electric Skoda Enyaq. We found John Dennis of CVSL most helpful throughout the process, quite apart from the fact that CVSL came up with the most competitive quotation when we started to examine the marketplace. We would certainly have no hesitation in using the company again.

This was my first time leasing a car I made a enquiry about a car I dealt with John who couldn’t have been more helpful from start to finish keeping me updated on the procedures I needed the car quickly and John found my car I wanted the process was very quick and my car was delivered on the day I wanted it I couldn’t thank the company enough I’m very proud to be a new customer with them and the excellent service they provided 1st class

Got a lease car, worked with Tim to acquire it, he seems like a nice chap and returned all my emails promptly, there was a little hold up due to war and petrol crisis etc... however the cars here now and perfect.

Contacted CVSL through google and was called back at the time asked for the next day by Tim. From the start Tim was very professional and sorted me a price very quickly with an option of an in stock Ford Ranger.
We decided to go with the in stock option and it was delivered within 10 days. Very happy with our lease and will definitely use CVSL again.

I used CVSL to lease a car after not having a car for 22 years. I wanted to treat myself and so it was important that I could select a particular make, model and accessories. I was put in touch with Tim Sheasby who guided me through every stage of the process. I felt I could ask any number of questions - nothing was too much trouble. Due to the pandemic and other world events, waiting times for new cars are crazy.
Tim managed to source me a pre-ordered vehicle that was in dark grey instead of the black I wanted. Other than that it was identical to what I required. Rather than wait one year plus by ordering a black vehicle, Tim managed to reserve the vehicle for me which was built and shipped to me within a few months.
Tim kept me updated at every stage of the process and made everything very easy for me. He said that I could call at any time if I had any queries. Rather than badgering him regarding the unavoidable delays, I waited for Tim to call me, which he did regularly.
My vehicle was delivered this morning in mint condition by a helpful and professional staff member from the supplying dealership.
Once the lease is up, I shall be in touch with CVSL for my next vehicle!

The team were very knowledgable, great communicators, and easy to get hold of through email/phone. Very happy with my new wheels!

Just received our second company vehicle through Tim at CVSL, both times we have been dealt with in a punctual and professional manner with nothing being to much to ask of him. Tim has been great, very attentive and has navigated us through a number of vehicle leases now which, under the current circumstances, we have found to be a surprisingly efficient and simple service. Long may our newfound relationship continue.
