This was the first time leasing a van after years of buying them out right, I found Tim to be very helpful with explaining how leasing works and after placing the order for two vans the vehicles were delivered earlier that quoted and delivered by two guys who were very professional, the vans were spotlessly clean and all the controls were explained, all in all I couldn't have asked for anything better.
I would like to thank Tim and the CVSL team and will defiantly using there service again.

He helped guide me through the complexities of BIK and then advised me on which car would best suit me and my family, always listening to me and not pushing me.

Marc Spruce was very helpful and prompt in his responses whether by email or phone. Made the experience very smooth and efficient. Even if we did have to wait a while for the Polestar 2 owing to Chinese lockdowns etc.

CVSL was recommended to me by a colleague after I needed a new car.

I hadn't considered leasing before, but my colleague said that this company was great and the customer service was fantastic. He was right.

I had a brilliant phone call with Marc, who took the time to explain all my options to me and really understand what I was looking for. I felt he genuinely had my best interests in mind, didn't pressure me to make any decisions (unlike some car dealers I spoke to) and answered all my questions. He was transparent, honest and kind, and I felt like if I were to go with CVSL I would really be looked after.

Sadly, leasing was a little out of my personal budget and I didn't end up going for it, but I was so impressed with the service I received that I had to write this review. I will definitely be considering CVSL for my next car when I have a bigger budget and thanks again to Marc for all his help. A true credit to the company I'd say!

From my initial enquiry, quotation, order and final delivery I was kept well informed and Tim was very quick to respond to my questions along the way. CVSL provided the lowest quotation and terms of contract and I would have no problem in recommending or using CVSL again in the future.

Fantastic assistance from Tim, he understood our urgency for a new vehicle and promptly sent over options for us. Within a couple of days we had our delivery date confirmed and all documents signed.
Would highly recommend this company and Tim in particular, we will definitely be back.

Great company to deal with and in particular John Dennis. Just took delivery of my new Model Y and it was a nine month process but John kept me updated throughout and what was even better was he was able to renegotiate a cheaper monthly payment when Tesla dropped their prices, result!! I have leased four cars with CVSL now and will definitely be going back for my fifth when the time comes round.

CVSL and Andy Fletcher in particular made the whole experience of leasing a car so easy and hassle-free. Andy was pro-active in terms of communication and worked hard to get a quick turnaround on a lease deal only a matter of weeks after being first instructed.
