New Vehicle.

I was looking for a Range Rover Evoque and came across icarlease, I found the vehicle with icarlease and send enquired, Rebecca Phoenix got in touch with myself and was brilliant to work with and was great help all the way through to getting the vehicle delivered.

Would highly recommend icarlease and Rebecca Phoenix to deal with.

Vik was incredible!

Vik was incredible! I ordered a Jaecoo E5 and the delays were a lot more than promised due to issues with Jaecoo but Vik kept constant communication and always answered the phone, keeping me posted with progress.

Amazing staff

Very welcoming! Was met by Vikas who took me through the process start to finish and explained all my options. We worked closely to my budgets and it couldn’t have been anymore simple thanks to Vikas who made it so. It’s good to speak to people who know their cars and can appreciate your situations and work with you to get you what you need. Very happy with my decision! Thanks Vikas

Extremely poor customer service and aftercare

Avoid this company is my advice. Having paid for the maint and servicing package they have done everything to avoid providing that service. Having been with them for well over a year I contacted them to ask what was happening, only to be asked this once I went through what should have been a simple service booking process:

Who told you the car needed a service? Why do you think your car needs a service.

I mean, what on earth? Bear in mind the mileage was on the booking form - that in itself was an indication it was due.

I've heard nothing since filling that in and submitting or since contacting them directly to register my displeasure.

It's basic really, if someone pays for something in good faith, provide it. Don't put up barriers and ignore.

I know we did help you with this and got things moving, and whilst I don’t want this to come across as dismissive at all, I do think there’s been some frustration around the process rather than us not providing the service.

To be clear, we are not avoiding providing anything you’ve paid for. The maintenance and servicing package is there to be used, and we do honour that.

The questions you’ve mentioned from the booking team aren’t barriers, they are there for a reason. They’re used to confirm the vehicle is actually due a service and to make sure it’s booked correctly with the right garage, at the right time, under the correct terms of the agreement. That avoids failed bookings or incorrect work being carried out.

Once you’ve provided all the relevant information, the booking team will then contact the garage, arrange the appointment, and confirm everything back to you. It’s not an instant process as it involves coordinating with third party garages, but it ensures everything is booked in properly.

We manage a large number of vehicles and all customers go through the same process, whether that’s online or over the phone. It’s there to make sure everything is done properly and consistently, and it’s something that generally works well for everyone.

While we don’t agree with the one star review, it is of course your opinion and we respect that. The process itself has been reviewed and there will be no changes to it, as it is there for a reason and works across our wider customer base.

I’m sorry you’ve felt the need to leave a review on this, but I do hope the above, along with the emails from our team explaining the process prior to the review, helps give some more context.

New car delivered with mechanical fault

Secured a lease deal for brand new Audi A3. Delivered (new) 26 reg, with a mechanical fault. 3 weeks in, unable to use the car, but being charged. In my opinion, it should be reasonable to receive the car in working order.

I’m really sorry to hear you’ve had an issue with the car, especially so early on, I completely get why that’s frustrating.

Just to give a bit of context, the vehicle was delivered on the 9th and the issue was reported on the 23rd. All vehicles go through Audi’s pre delivery checks before handover, and there were no issues reported at delivery by either the supplying dealer or the driver.

From our side, we’ve been responsive throughout and advised getting this looked at via Audi Assist or your local retailer so it can be properly assessed. As of yesterday, Audi were still investigating and had indicated it may not be a straightforward warranty issue.

We’ve also asked the supplying dealer to speak directly with the retailer you’ve booked into to help move things along and get some more clarity.

I do understand this isn’t the experience you expected. We’ve stayed close to this and will continue to support you while Audi complete their investigation.

Rebecca was brilliant to deal with. Provided me with loads of different quotes and all the info I needed to make my choice. The price was the best on the market. The delivery was smooth and I'm loving the car.

Was an ok service

Was an ok service, accounts was good and responsive despite them charging a few times when they shouldn’t have. When it came up to the car going back I had no option to extend, and I asked about what replacement cars they could offer and did not receive a reply. On pick up of the car there was some minor scratches which the rep said were wear and tear, but then received an invoice for fixing the bumpers. Disputing this at the minute, but my main gripe was their lack of contact when I asked about a new car. (I’m still in the market for one as well, evaluating options) Other than that, and the accounts issues that were sorted pretty quick my experiences were ‘ok’.

From looking back at the emails, I think part of the issue was we weren’t fully clear on what you wanted at the time, and we didn’t actually get a quote sent out through the CRM. Once that’s done it usually keeps things moving and keeps in touch, but we didn’t get to that stage here, which is on us that's fair.

Once you’ve decided whether you’re going down the salary sacrifice route or want to look at another PCH deal, just let us know. More than happy to help and we’ve got some strong offers on at the minute.

I’ve leased a few cars and these people…

I’ve leased a few cars and these people are a cut above, attentive, focused on compliance and making sure I got the right car for me. I did also speak with the head of brokerage Matthew and his first question was how has my experience been. They seem to be focused on always doing better, which I liked being in customer service myself

I’m still shocked

I’m still shocked at how quickly I got my car booked in for delivery. I spoke to them and got my finance in place on a stock car and was told a timeframe of 2/3 weeks was what I was looking at. I got my car in 10 days…. Absolutely brilliant, shout out to Luke for answering every single question I had and helping me with my insurance struggles!

Would recommend to anyone, the A3 is fabulous!

You are right on the delivery times, with stock cars things can move very quickly once finance is in place, but even then 10 days is a great turnaround. From our side I am pleased everything went smoothly and we were able to get the car booked in far quicker than initially expected. We are glad Luke was able to help, he did a great job answering your questions and supporting you through the insurance side, and I will make sure this is passed on to him.

Great choice with the A3, they are cracking cars, and most of all though, enjoy your new car!
