I was looking for a Range Rover Evoque and came across icarlease, I found the vehicle with icarlease and send enquired, Rebecca Phoenix got in touch with myself and was brilliant to work with and was great help all the way through to getting the vehicle delivered.

Rebecca made the whole process straightforward and well organised. Communication was clear, everything ran smoothly, and it felt well handled from start to finish. Would happily work with her again.

Vik was incredible! I ordered a Jaecoo E5 and the delays were a lot more than promised due to issues with Jaecoo but Vik kept constant communication and always answered the phone, keeping me posted with progress.

Rebecca was efficient, quick to respond to my queries, but also she was patient with a business like, but a relaxed, friendly attitude and I can’t emphasise how easy she has made the whole ordering process for my new vehicle.

Avoid this company is my advice. Having paid for the maint and servicing package they have done everything to avoid providing that service. Having been with them for well over a year I contacted them to ask what was happening, only to be asked this once I went through what should have been a simple service booking process:
Who told you the car needed a service? Why do you think your car needs a service.
I mean, what on earth? Bear in mind the mileage was on the booking form - that in itself was an indication it was due.
I've heard nothing since filling that in and submitting or since contacting them directly to register my displeasure.
It's basic really, if someone pays for something in good faith, provide it. Don't put up barriers and ignore.

Secured a lease deal for brand new Audi A3. Delivered (new) 26 reg, with a mechanical fault. 3 weeks in, unable to use the car, but being charged. In my opinion, it should be reasonable to receive the car in working order.

Rebecca was brilliant to deal with. Provided me with loads of different quotes and all the info I needed to make my choice. The price was the best on the market. The delivery was smooth and I'm loving the car.

Was an ok service, accounts was good and responsive despite them charging a few times when they shouldn’t have. When it came up to the car going back I had no option to extend, and I asked about what replacement cars they could offer and did not receive a reply. On pick up of the car there was some minor scratches which the rep said were wear and tear, but then received an invoice for fixing the bumpers. Disputing this at the minute, but my main gripe was their lack of contact when I asked about a new car. (I’m still in the market for one as well, evaluating options) Other than that, and the accounts issues that were sorted pretty quick my experiences were ‘ok’.

Extremely smooth sailing from start to finish! Quick response time from customer service and vehicle delivered with no hassle and exactly as described. Would definitely use this company again! Vik was who I was dealing with and couldn’t fault his advice and communication :)

I’ve leased a few cars and these people are a cut above, attentive, focused on compliance and making sure I got the right car for me. I did also speak with the head of brokerage Matthew and his first question was how has my experience been. They seem to be focused on always doing better, which I liked being in customer service myself

I’m still shocked at how quickly I got my car booked in for delivery. I spoke to them and got my finance in place on a stock car and was told a timeframe of 2/3 weeks was what I was looking at. I got my car in 10 days…. Absolutely brilliant, shout out to Luke for answering every single question I had and helping me with my insurance struggles!
Would recommend to anyone, the A3 is fabulous!
