I'm satisfied with your CV templets it's awesome and easy to make

I have seen many people saying that they took 29.95 pounds from them, that also happened to me, I just talk with the support team, and they issued a refund, not the best experience but the important thing is that it is solved

I got the 14 day trial in order to generate a good looking CV - and that is what I got! Very pleased with it.
I logged in a week later to cancel the subscription, but it seems like their system did not pick that up, and I got charged £30 a week later (expensive!).

I could however ask for a refund the same day, and they claim to have processed it., let's see if I get the money back.

EDIT - I did get the money back the same day. So I am very grateful for that!

The only downside right now is the price.

I used their service to do my cv recently and I forgot to unsubscribe before online Cv charged me 29.95£.
I sent an email to customer service and explained I’d like to claim the refund as I no longer need premium membership and they accepted my refund with no doubts !

i love this I really struggle with where to start with a cv and what to put but this goes through it one section at a time and even gives you pointers and examples with a professional finish.

If you don't read the terms and conditions, you won't see that they will charge £29.95 after 14 days.

Just avoid anyone who doesn't list their trust pilot rating on the website.

They clearly know they could offer a 1 off 1-day service or just don't auto-subscribe people after 14 days, but instead, they choose this underhand route which subscribes you to a pointless service for a ridiculous cost after you've paid them for the service you actually required.

They'll point you to the terms and conditions, which are clear enough I must say, but let's be honest, very very few people (verging on no one!) is actually going there because they need a £30 P/M CV subscription. which is exactly why they have the Trustpilot score that they do.

Don't waste your time reading terms and cons people, any company not trying to take advantage simply has a trust pilot-link. If it doesn't have one, they're doing something that requires you to read the terms and conditions.

had some difficulty trying to work out how to edit my cv but thanks to the online help service I was able to follow the instructions and get the help I needed asap

They claim they can't refund you witch is bull and illegal

Absolute rubbish. A con.I unsubscribed straight away after uploading my c.v.As it kept saying I was a shop worker.After unsubscribing they took money from my account be WARNED

An economical tool when you avoid subscription. If it is of a moment, making the resume is ideal for making your own resume. Take it into account

It isn't free though, so be warned, but the initial cost is as little as 95p, so worth it. I opted for £1.95 and you can cancel anytime. The price does suddenly shoot up to around the £30 mark if you don't cancel, so again, be aware of this.

Okay so pretty much same experience like everyone else, i paid £0.95 initially to make one cv, and then was charged £29.95 after 14 days, i was a bit outraged at first , but it did clearly state in the email that it will turn into a premium membership and i'll be charged. I emailed them straight away and got a reply on the same day saying that the refund has been processed , and then the money was back in my account the next day , so fair enough i guess. But yeah people , read the email that you get after subscribing.
