Absolute scandal
Absolute scandal. I didn't realise I had signed up for any subscription. Why would you need a subscription for a cv template. Just like the other reviewers on here, Google led me to believe that it was free of charge. I have now been charged £29.95 and they are refusing to acknowledge my complaint by saying that they are unable to find my details on their system.

Update: I sent them an email complaining about this and they replied on the same day and refund the money in two working days.
"Same s*it as everyone below, I payed 1.49GBP subscription fee and they got from my account 29.95 GBP over 4 months. I am going to make a complain to consumer protection UK. This is robbery and shouldn't happen to other people as well."

Crooks - avoid. Think it costs 95p then they take £29.95 later
As other users have said. I paid £0.95 for a basic 14 day subscription. Nowhere did it say I had to cancel and 13 days after the £0.95 was taken a further £29.95 has been deducted from by bank. Avoid at all costs. I have now logged in and cancelled my subscription so hope this is the end of it.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They have taken £29.95 from my bank account without my knowledge and have no way of contacting them, except through an email address that I have no idea if it even exists. I have blocked them from my bank and have now spoken to the banks online fraud team to discuss what can be done.

Edited - issue now resolved -
Complete scam. Paid for the "basic" subscription package that cost 0.95, was charged twice. The fine print stated that after two weeks I would be charged 29.95, but 12 days later I was charged 60 pounds - double that amount, and before the deadline. I've since cancelled my subscription, but reading the other reviews I'm worried that they might still charge my card, so I will be contacting the bank tomorrow to ensure no further payments will be made.
- An update - I was contacted by this company and given a full refund.

THEY STOLE ALMOST £180 FROM ME DO NOT USE ONLINE CV
I was a MA student when I signed up to Online CV and thought nothing more when I signed up to their services, MONTHS later (almost 6 months) they used my bank details which had been on their file to renew a "subscription" I supposedly had, which to clarify I never did. From then they continued to take £29.95 from my account each month and even taking it twice in December. I had to go through my bank to cancel this money but in total they had taken £179.70 from my account I had repeatedly emailed regarding this and heard no response, finally I got a reply stating that:
"We regret to hear about the misunderstanding regarding our subscription conditions. As stated on our website, once you have paid the initial membership fee, you have free unlimited access to our builder for the initial trial period as indicated at the moment of subscription. During this period you are able to unsubscribe with no added cost. Once the trial period has expired, the subscription fee will be charged monthly."
I was never informed of this subscription and they have continued to charge me for a service I did not give my consent for or require.
I have continued to email, demanding this payment in full as they have STOLEN it from my account without my knowledge, consent or approval.
DO NOT GIVE YOU BANK DETAILS TO ONLINE CV, after reading some of these other reviews I wish I had seen this sooner. If anyone needs a CV in the future use another site.

I am still waiting on a response to my reasonable request to have every single penny return to me in full. For those who think I may have had a subscription, I had not I signed up as a POTENTIAL customer after browsing their services and stupidly handing over my bank details. Don't be fooled like I was.
