This fraudulent company stated that you will receive all these premium templates for CVs etc if you pay 1.95 then charge you £29! I’ve tried contacting them but there was NO NUMBER listed on the website! What legitimate company has no contact number for their customers?? And I’ve sent 3 emails of which received no reply. Absolutely ridiculous!! I will be visiting my bank soon. These people need to be stopped.

These Scum took unauthorised money from my account. I will be going to my bank to report the fraud.
No mention of the money to be take anywhere.

This people are thieves, do not use. I signed for the basic subscription which lasts for 14 days and I went to end the subscription after 12days as claimed and it showed there was no subscription for me to cancel but surprised that after been charged the £29.99, then the subscription now appeared for me to cancel. Avoid.

Utter disgrace. Two unauthorized payments of £19.95 over last two months. Have now asked my bank to intervene and stop future payments. Someone is getting mega rich from this low life scam!

I only wish Id checked the reviews on here first. If I could give less than 1 star I would. As with every other review, paid 95p for access to a cv template download in August (or so I thought). Checked my acct last week they’ve taken out £29.95 in Sept and 2 lots of £29.95 in October.

Emailed them they said its in the small print blah blah blah, (this small print must honestly be so small it’s illegible) BUT they’ve “reviewed my case and will process a refund for all 3 payments which can take up to 10 working days”. Cool, not thrilled but at least Im getting my money back. Fast forward ONE working day and 1 refund was processed (looking promising), fast forward 11 working days and the other 2 refunds have not been received.

Emailed them again, below is the verbatim, which is just insulting at this point;

Dear customer,

Thank you for contacting us.
We have reviewed your case again, and we confirm that only one of the refunds has been processed successfully. However, we will not be able to process the refund for the remaining 59.90 GBP. Please contact your bank so that they can assist you with the processing of this refund.

We hope you will accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We remain at your disposal for any further questions or concerns you may have.

So I have now been on the phone to my bank for the last 2 hours because the request is unprecedented!!!

This is absolutely shambolic. My child's bank account has been completely wiped out by this company, leaving his account in unauthorized overdraft charges.
Basically, my child does not use this bank account and only deposits birthday money etc.. therefore no need to check because there is zilch activity. So imagine our dismay when the account is not in credit when my child goes to the bank, not to withdraw money but to check his balance. This thieving scam of a company has been taken the money out for nearly two freaking years.
Bottom line is, not going to argue with them about, I want all the money deposited back into his account. It wouldn't bother me, but he only use it once to print the layout.
These companies should be taken to the cleaners and mark my word, it's going to happen. Robbing peasants.

they stole 60 euros in 15 days from my credit card, scam im gonna take a lawyer and call the police it's not possible a site like this still open, no mention about member plans even in terms, scam i repeat dont trust em

I have had payments of £19.99 taken on at least three occasions from my bank despite never registering for any subscription plan with this company. I have emailed them with my complaint and yet to have any response. I only noticed when going through my statements as its an amount that can easily go undetected. I am livid but will update this when I have a response from the company.

Do not use this company.
I did not sign up for subscription, just a one off fee and a month later they sneakily charged £14.95.
This subscription is hidden in the small print!

Terrible site. They won't respond to my email about being charged for something I did not renew.

This page is a scam.
Just request 1 CV for a single payment of $ 1.00 and the scammers a month later they charge me to my VISA card
$ 30.00 for a monthly subscription that I am sure I did not request. I tried to contact them and they don't respond.

My money has already been stolen and from what I see many more people have cheated.

Something must be done to denounce them ...

Very good CV Maker but make sure to unsubscribe if you don't want to stay subscribed as they will debit money off of your bank.

Don't waste your time. It doesn't clearly say anywhere you have to pay til after you have input all of your data. Though its fairly lowcost it should be made clear upfront.

Scammer warning., I was Created 1 cv from this website but for printing I need to pay just £1 I used my debit card number & printed my cv, now after long time again debited £19.95 whitout anything & without permission..please Would anyone advise me about this? how will refund/return My money?

Stay away from this side. As soon you do a printout for 95p they'll put you on a monthly subscription without your authorisation. Absolutely scam!! You can't even contact them. If that has happened to you please contact your bank and they will stop them to take money of your account and also put a disput in for you in order to get your money back. So please don't use this side.

Fraudulent scam site that practices in shady business, the best I can recommend for you is to contact your bank to get your money back, also don't forget to report it to Google and the appropriate authorities in order to stop this shameful scam of a 'business'.
