Total Scammers. Like everyone else, paid the £0.99, and they then proceeded to take out of my bank £19.95 which was a fraudulent transaction as it was totally unauthorised.
I emailed them twice without reply, then they replied on the 3rd occasion admitting liability and said they would refund the £19.95 to my debit card within 10 working days.
Guess what? I haven't received it. I just emailed them and informed them if I have not got my money back within 5 working days, I will refer the matter to the small claims court and the National Fraud Office.

Very good but be careful.
Easy to use and finished CV looks very attractable. Had plenty of job offers.
Be careful to cancel the subscription before 14 days period as you will be charged £19.95 each month as you roll into premium member plan. This happened to me.
Contacted them through Facebook and got my refund. Email with notification about subscription charge went to my spam folder so I wasn't aware but they responded next day and got my refund

online-cv.co.uk are cheats and can not be relied upon, after a few services of one print out CV they made an Unauthorized withdrawer of 19.95 suddenly. l have to sue because l had no notice of this action.

Complete scammers. Agreed a 95p payment and then they start taking g £19.95 out of my account. Can no longer log into my account with them and have had to take action against them through my bank.

Just had to cancel my bank card and open an investigation....they use underhand tactics to steal your money!!! DO NOT USE THIS SITE

Stay clear of this website for they take money out of your account. At the moment, I’m jobless. The only money I had was about £26. They taken £20 out of my account without me authorizing it. Trash company

The website is simply made to bait you into getting the package thinking its a one off payment and sneakily subscribe you to their 29.95 monthly fee. Its obviously their business scheme to exploit the law that way

They are complete scammers. They charge 19.95 GBP twice without my authorisation. Don't believe the payment plans you see on their website! I sent them an e-mail and they wouldn't even reply.

I do not understand why was i charged for £19.95 if I haven't subscribed for this length of time without my consent I would like my refund to be processed as soon as possible. Totally inadmissible. I have not agreed for a direct debit or anything as such. What gives you the right to take money from my account without me agreeing with this? Was totally happy with your website until now, this is outrageous that you think that it's ok to take payments like this. I could see online that this is not the first time or complain about this. So why would you keep doing it for????????? Sort this out, because this is unacceptable.

My girlfriend suffered the same fate as others here being hit by £19.95 taken out of her account over 3 months.

However she did get refunded, I wrote an email to them saying that she had not subscribed nor used the service after the initial £0.95 and expected a full refunded. I also included as much detail on her and her user details so they could identify the account.

Hope others have similar luck!

I paid 0.95£ for just a day use of account. End of December I have noticed 19.95£ payment taken from my account. I went to the website cancelled the account. Few weeks later I have noticed anothe payment 19.95£. Went back to the account no signs of account activation but they still charge me for that. I sent few emails with no response.

Take £19.95 out of account automatically , no response from 6 emails or phone number to contact and now bank claim "i have lost" and cannot refund as they have no record of what the cv template should cost????

Hi. I don’t know what you guys have to deal with, but me personally had a nice experience! I needed a CV online quick and they were first website i found. Everything was easy to use, a lot of useful tips and they been very communicative. Yes they have plans, u pay once £0,95 for using and then in 11-14 days it renews. I had a nice experience and i am thankful. Found a job quick and they were excited with my CV.

Scammers DO NOT USE! I have contacted my bank - they have made unaurthorized charges

SCAMMERS..........they took money out of my account over 4 months after I started to do a free CV. I did not give them authorize the payment and on my account it claims that the authorization method is not available.....The reason is I DIDN'T AUTHORIZE the payment. Currently on the phone to the banks Fraud team as I type.

Scam. You'll find better templates on word. They will also repeat the payment on your account.

My girlfriend used this service on my card.
14 day subscription for £0.95. She ended the subscription straight after she made a CV but they still took £20, I didn’t realise until the month after. £40 for two months and nothing we could do.

DO NOT USE.. This is a scam.. They took money that was not authorised.. Do not give them your bank details

They charged me more than 60£ in 2 week, I'm trying to delete my account but is impossible to login and now I have to block my card!! Please if you have any information about them help me because I need my money back but they don't answer at the email
