CWCS have been my service provider for over a decade, and I've always found them to be 100% reliable. I can only recall one period of downtime in the last decade, when improvements to services required a change of server. Their technical staff have the essential expertise, are always quick to respond to issues and queries, and always eager to help. I've used CWCS for many years now, after disappointing and worse experiences with other providers. CWCS staff are always helpful, timely and efficient - helping out with information for me and my clients even when it's not necessarily their responsibility to do so.

We have a dedicated managed server plus additional services with CWCS. They are not cheap but you get what you pay for. I find the technical support very efficient and helpful. I also like that they are flexible and can offer a setting matching our requirements.

I had a particularly intractable problem, but they stuck with it, sorted it and left everything working smoothly. They were fast, efficient and friendly - even in the face of a "challenging" customer. The good news is that this has been my experience each time that I have had to access their technical and after-sales services.

We've been with CWCS directly for 10 years at least (it's been so long I can't remember who we were with before). We needed an unmanaged dedicated server in the UK. We've found that daytime support is really crucial in an emergency! I think we've been through at least three major server upgrades (migrating > 50 cPanel accounts from old to new hardware) in the 10 years and they've all gone very smoothly, thanks to the excellent technical support from the crew. Price-wise I reckon they remain great value for UK-based hosting, given the rapid support and depth of knowledge shown. We rarely need to contact them, but when we do, they're quick to respond and generally get to the root of the problem quickly and without fuss.

I've been using CWCS for over a decade and have used a number of their services during that time, both dedicated servers and virtual machines. This was for about a dozen web sites, e-mail and other such services for small to medium business.

They are very easy to deal with, both from the account management perspective and technical support perspective. The tech team are very good and rapidly resolve any issues and they are available 7x24. You always get a technically competent person on the phone, not a call handler.

Reliability wise, I have had great uptime. You may get the odd email here and there about planned maintenance in the small hours of the day that might affect your servers.

Performance is good, both of their hosts and network, I have not encountered any throughput problems, similarly when applying patches etc, network performance is always good.

When it comes to upgrades, they are flexible in helping you get the least friction during that change, for example giving a couple of weeks overlap between the old and new host, helping swap hosts during their maintenance window, so you can avoid lots of DNS changes and do easier rollbacks, etc.

Cost wise, their pricing is very reasonable when you consider the value of the services being provided.

I would summarise CWCS as an easy to work with supplier, they provide really good service and I can only highly recommend them, so if you are looking for a reliable hosting provider, then give them a call.

We've used a CWCS dedicated server for the past three years and had top service from staff throughout who could not have been more helpful or responsive. Availability was excellent. We will certainly use them again if the occasion arises.

I am a compuweb (CWCS) customer for since last more than 15 years. I am a non-English person (my mother tongue is not English) but the support I got was really extraordinary and I have no words to explain. I've been with this outfit for over 15 years. Never moved, never felt like moving. Why?

In 15 years, I've had a number of tech glitches, mail directed to spam, certificate errors, denial of service attacks etc but 1 thing has been a constant. Back to para 1 above - the support team deliver. Simple as that. Another big plus is they all speak English, at least to the same level as me.
