I can highly recommend CWCS the entire team is a bunch of excellent mind. They're patient kind understanding helpful genius. I was been robbed by two web designers and especially where the domain for one of the website is concern they charged me $139.59 for the renewal of the domain think I'm fool. I called godaddy, they said; they don't sell domain so expensive. I didn't quarrel with them I just call CWCS and asked if they have the same domain with a .UK and switch. The guys listened to me and quickly helped. That's a company that understands customers need. They're a brilliant company to join well recommended.

I ran a company website with CWCS - it was a little start up business. CWCS treated me with respect, fairness and gave good levels of support, even though I was a small fry. I am closing that business, but I'm still retaining a personal website with CWCS. Thank you for these last three years.

Having just completed my 10th year of using CWCS to look after my two business websites, I thought it only fair that I should leave them the review they deserve. I've had many technical issues over this period (caused by my own lack of expertise) and can only say that to talk to a polite, patient real expert has been worth ten times their low charges. Exceptional customer service!

We moved recently moved our infrastructure into the datacenter at CWCS. From day one, our account manager, Barry, went above and beyond to support us when developing our infrastructure, and moving in.

We were a long time AWS customer, and I can honestly say that we never experienced the same level of support that we have from CWCS. It was ultimately an easy decision to move from AWS into the datacenter at CWCS.

Quite simply, they have enabled us to deliver a better service to our customers, and added value to our business, and have been a pleasure to work with.

We would highly recommend working with CWCS, and look forward to continue working with them in the future!

We were looking to switch from hosting servers at our customers sites to a managed service by a trusted third party supplier.

After investigating many options, CWCS were chosen and have shown themselves to be extremely good in all areas.

Quite simply, they have provided us with exceptional service, brilliant performance and reliability.

My company has had a dedicated server with CWCS for over 13 years now and I can't fault the service we've received. The availability and performance of the server and network has been excellent. Technical support are always available by email, online chat or phone and we've always found them to be very knowledgeable and professional - they often go the extra mile to solve problems. And they have also pro-actively suggested improvements to the hardware and software solutions. So if you value a quality service from your hosting company then in my opinion CWCS are worth every penny.

I'm sure I'm not near CWCS biggest customer, but I always get the most timely response and resolution of issues or requests.

First time we have had to request support from CWCS on one of our managed servers. The response and service provided was excellent, with clear communications all the way through.

We've been using CWCS for a number of years and they've always been very supportive, a true partner to our hosting needs. Our servers ran for many years without issue and when we recently replaced the existing servers and added additional servers they supported us at every step. Allowing us to keep older servers going in parallel without incurring additional costs whilst we completed and confirmed the migration was correct. On the rare occasion we need support they are fast to react and have never failed to resolve our issues quickly.

We were given little notice that we had to move from our long time hosting solution.

CWCS was quick to respond to questions, checked our requirements and offered us a solution that matched them.

In setting up a legacy system, we had multiple challenges and the support team was very responsive took responsibility for solving issues which on occasion were a little out of their domain.

Even when a solution took longer than a first try, we had feedback telling us that hey were looking at solutions and we would hear more soon.

We have been very happy with the whole process of switching over and the service we've received.

While only a small player in the IT world, I've had sites and directed friends to CWCS for over 12 years. They've always been competitively priced for the level of service they provide. The sales team give you time and will do their best to fit a product to your needs, then they will help in just getting the site up and running if you need it. The technical support is excellent. I've never experienced any downtime and any problems I've encountered have always been resolved within hours. It's the sort of service we'd all love from any supplier.

Second-to-none technical support. I have had a few issues in my time, and whatever the time, whatever the problem, it has been solved swiftly and efficiently.

CWCS have been looking after the hosting of our small consumer sites now for a number of years and I imagine for many years to come. They provide an excellent service with a very wide range of options and services available for any business or individual looking to have their websites looked after cost effectively and securely. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They also have a first rate customer service and should you have need to call upon their technical team they are prompt, friendly and very easy to deal with and they really do know their stuff. It is vital to know your websites are being well looked after and I feel that is certainly the case with CWCS looking after ours!

I have recently shut down the hosting side of my business, and so have also shut down a dedicated server which has been hosted for me for over 7 years by CWCS. I am taking the belated opportunity to express my thanks to CWCS for a great hosting experience. For a busy server hosting a large number of domains, we experienced remarkably few problems in all that time, and those that we did encounter were always dealt with promptly and with friendly expertise. This is not only a testimony to the quality of the hardware and networking infrastructure provided by CWCS, but of course equally importantly, to the quality of their tech support. I also want to express a special debt of gratitude for the patience and helpfulness shown by CWCS when the time came to close down the server. As anyone who has run a busy server hosting websites/emails/APIs/etc will know, helping your customers to move away to other providers is a complex and time-consuming process, and CWCS went above and beyond in enabling me to get this done in the best timescale I could manage (which I'm sorry to say was considerably longer than originally agreed!). The fact that I was so well treated at the end of a contract says a lot. Thank you CWCS.

I've been with CWCS since 2018 when they absolutely saved me - long story, but our website had gone down with another hosting company, the website was totally corrupted and NO hosting company was able to get us up and running again. Step in CWCS - they got the website up and running overnight, and were also super lovely to deal with! The whole team are very helpful - I've recently just upgraded to a more powerful server with them and everyone, from customer support, to the tech guys, were fab. I cannot fault them! I've been with at least 5 hosting companies over the years, from small independents to the bigger guys - CWCS are by FAR the best. It's always really frustrating when trying to choose a hosting company and to know who is good - I hope this review helps someone out there who is doing their research right now on which hosting company to pick, and to give some clarity. CWCS rock!
