I am really impressed with CWCS
I am really impressed with CWCS. We've been with them for just over a year now and there was only one period of time where my server has been down (when they were moving racks about and even then it was at 3am!) Their support is outstanding, I've never had to wait long for a ticket update, and there's always someone technical on the end of the phone.
Safe to say I trust these guys for all of my Dedicated Server needs. Keep up the good word!

I'm only a small user but have been with CWCS since their earliest days and have always found them very helpful and responsive when I have had a problem and they can supply the basic package I need. The Plesk set-up interface can be little intimidating for the non-technical user.

I have been with them for ages, both with co-lo and dedicated servers.
Knowing that there is someone there at 3 in the morning who knows what they are doing when the server fails after some updates is so very reassuring.
I have had nothing but excellent service from them at all times.

Their technical support has been happy to answer questions in addition to resolving any issues.
