Excellent system, delivered on time and well packaged. Everything worked straight out the box with no issues. Not the cheapest company but I'd argue the best. Choices available in the build make it easy to get exactly what you want without compromising. Third system I've bought from this company and very happy with the service. The one small gripe is you get no paperwork whatsoever. No manuals or guides, not even in pdf form, which is a bit annoying considering the money spent. Other than that highly recommended.

Can’t say one thing that I was unhappy/annoyed with . First gaming computer/ any computer so had no idea how to set up so I rang cyber power and they immediately helped me sort this problem out . The timing on delivery was amazing even tho I ordered very close to Christmas.

It was assembled slightly wrong with a fan plugged into the pump port which made it constantly run at 100%. Other than that minor fix I solved, I'm satisfied with it.

The PC runs great, I literally was amazed of how easy the process of buying a PC from these guys is. I simply decided upon what I wanted to get, configured the specs to what I wanted, processed the order on-line, and in exactly one week I had the computer delivered at my doorstep. The PC I ordered has been running well with no issues. I am not giving a perfect score as I found the updates to the build of my PC lacking. To explain further, I liked how delays were communicated, but the acquisition of one of the PC parts needed for my build was not communicated leading me to guess near when the PC was expected to arrive whether it would meet this deadline that had been set. Updates also seemed to be very close to the deadline date, feeling like it was being done around or close to the estimated date. Again I have no problem with the product it just the process seems not designed to give constant feedback if a delay is experienced.

I ordeee d the infinity X109 GT, I made a few upgrades to the storage, cooling and the GPU. This was carried out with no trouble at all. Once the upgrades were made the PC was shipped and arrived on time. I had no problems with the build at all a really excellent PC. Thankyou for your help and an excellent product

Perfectly customisable to what I wanted. Made it so I could get a 3080 in the current climate. Arrived a day early, well packaged and put together, also had great support before hand. Just a bit pricey but as I said these parts are near impossible to get at the moment.

Good service and able to stick to there original delivery date in a tough enviroment for components for home computers. Build quality was pretty good as well - although evidence of a rush from the behind panel cable managment (and several wire ties still in place!), but can not blame them as they kept the original date under tough conditions.
