Order: 386124 Overall: product is a 9/10, service is a 5.5/10 - read below to understand why In terms of the products: this desktop is definitely worth it. (I upgraded the memory to 32GB as it doesn't make sense to have such little memory for such a high-end graphics card, honestly). Make sure you change the motherboard to the one that costs only £5 extra, as it allows for a second SSD once you have enough memory to add one. The 3080 graphics card behaves exactly as it should, and I haven't faced any bugs or crashes yet. Played fully modded skyrim with over 600 mods, and was gettting a constant 60 fps (I limited the framerate on purpose). In terms of the company and customer service: sure, the delays were beyond frustrating, but I understand that it was due to the global shortages for the rtx 3080. I called every week to ensure that the date wasn't getting changed, and their employees were very useful, reassuring when needed, and helped out when asking for help upgrading my order after having already made it. The one complaint that I do have is that once the pc got delivered, the side panel (glass) was fully shattered and the glass shards had found their way everywhere within the system. It took me a whole afternoon to manually remove most of the pieces, and had to vacuum the floor twice as it had become a danger zone of glass shards. After reporting this to the company, they sent a new side panel free of charge, but refused to further compensate the damage caused. I had expected them to at least send something extra as compensation for the fact that I had had to spend hours cleaning and vacuuming (the reason you buy a pre-built pc is to avoid having to do stuff yourself, so what's the use of paying for their services when you have to end up spending hours preparing the pc regardless?), but no, they simply said that it wasn't their fault but solely the delivery company's fault. Maybe if the pc had been better packaged, this wouldn't have been an issue. Funny thing is, the new glass side panel they sent had way more packaging protection than the actual pc itself. Quite ironic.

Really pleased with Cyberpower. My PC was delayed a lot but it was due to graphics card shortages out of their control. They were honest about the delays and kept me updated which I appreciated. The build itself is excellent
It very good and well packed I was very happy with it and it’s running great and the cable management was the best , but we paid extra to get it as a gift and with a note but we didn’t get it as like we paid

Good buy, downgraded to a i7 plenty for what i need and then changed all the storage to SSD.
Performing very well so far as expected based on specifications.
Very good very well built only problem was fans where at full speed wen I turned it on but an easy fix thanks to the internet
Beautiful pc
Great product and service however aftersale report is terrible. Everything works but there is one usb port that doesn't work I've tried contacting technical support via email but no help at all.
I would recommend this product.
