This is the ultimate gaming machine bought during the lockdown so was a little bit of a delay on receiving my pc but that can’t be helped I have no regrets on getting this and would recommend to friends and family
Ran perfectly straight out of the box, I opted to chang a couple of the default parts and it caused no issues. Cable management is also very well done and neat.

I have a tweaked version of this, so it's not what's shown here - mostly I switched out the case, and upgraded the memory & gpu. That aside, this is the 2nd full rig I've bought from Cyberpower, and it's a great machine. It's clearly put together with care, and the aftersupport from their customer service is fantastic. I decided to add some extra fans a few weeks after purchase, and Jacob was really helpful, got me sorted after checking through everything with me. All told, Cyberpower are a great company. They care about their customers, and their products, and they're very knowledgeable and friendly. I'd recommend them to anyone.
The customer service has been brilliant from start to finish. The was delivered on time and works perfectly as a Birthday gift for my son.
When I ordered my system it had a slightly different name (it was the infinity X10 GT), but the spec's are same. I'm massively impressed with what the system can do it's fast and quiet but it is replacing a system that was over 10years old. The only thing I'm not sure on is just how warm it gets whilst gaming, it's not affected any games but it puts out a lot of heat. I'm also thinking I should have upgraded to a bigger SSD over the 500gb standard too at least 1tb maybe more. But overall I'm made up with the system.
Brilliant rig, staff helpful. Recommended. My case looks better than the photo, 3 front rgb fans aswell.
PC is excellent, only issue came with the GPU broken on arrival but this was down to the courier being less than gentle IMO. Replacement installed and works perfectly now
Disappointing experience. PC arrived faulty, staff member was rude and unhelpful, obtaining refund was difficult and frustrating.

Really happy with my machine, the second I have purchased from CyberPower. Mine was heavily customised with a Corsair X680 case, Kraken Z73 AIO cooler and more ram so not like the base model but great machine. Good aftercare. My only complaint was I paid for better cable management and felt this was a waste of money in retrospective, not a neat job on the back and could have done better myself.
