Having never bought a desktop PC online before I was rather nervous about doing so. Having read all the reviews I could on a number of different companies, I finally decided to purchase a machine from CyberPower and the truth is that I am impressed. The order process was simple, taking a base setup and having the opportunity to customize absolutely everything. The after order communication was great and the delivery time outstanding. The machine was well packed, which meant out the box, plug in and go. the machine was produced according to the spec ordered and after a week of use, no problems, although not stress tested yet with any AAA games. Overall a very smooth and pleasant experience that I would recommend to any enthusiast looking for a decent machine. Well done lads.

Got this custom PC built by cyberpower, got to hand it to them they did a great job in building this, they even gave me the black version of the 5070ti whilst I thought they were going with the stock card shown in the image when you select the gpu. They made sure everything matched in the build, from performance to looks it's really good. I popped off the back panel to check the cable management and they did a decent job at that too. Hats off to them! They also made sure they fulfilled any special requests I had for the custom build. Overall, Great experience

The case is brilliant... erm. The CPU is good as too the GPU the drive seems slow and although all the pictures included RGB case fans mine came with non, but of a waste having a glass case. I didn't see during the order process anything that said no RGB I also put a note on the order for the sales team to contact me if there would be any bottlenecks but it got delivered regardless. Frankly I'm disappointed. I like to have my hands in the air when I'm being robbed 😔.
