I bought this product a couple weeks back with some upgraded hardware. I had spent around 2.7 grand on the whole system and VAT combined so I was sure the quality would be assured as it was such an expensive model. When I received the package the computer seemed to be perfectly fine until I decided to install some games, to my dismay every-time I would try and launch one of these games both of the monitors would then turn black and either the computer would crash or the game would crash and the whole computer would feel laggy. After getting in contact with the technical support I went back and forth with the person as they kept sending me stress tests that seemed to be more and more redundant every time so I gave up and refunded. You would think for such an expensive product that they would at least make sure their testing criteria leaves no room for fault but they didn’t even test it on a game from what I can tell. This is disgraceful especially for something so expensive, I won’t be buying from this company again and I feel even less confident in buying from any of these prebuilt companies as this whole situation was just stressful and a waste of time.
