A great end product that functions perfectly. It was delivered far before I expected which was excellent. My one gripe was that I paid for the internal foam packaging but it didn't seem to have been applied correctly and was so loose it practically fell out when I opened the case. The internal components have held up fine so far, so I don't think it has caused any damage.

A custom build with a little in common with the starting system. I really like the control the website gives over the specs to get exactly what I wanted. It was built and OS installed exactly to spec. I opened it to migrate some SSDs and everything was neat and secure. I'm really pleased with it. I would definitely recommend CyberPower.

I wanted a custom built Gaming PC. It was my first time using Cyberpower pc website. I asked questions via email before buying, their customer server email is first class, every question I wanted to ask was answered very quickly and to a high standard. I spent over 4k on my new system build, which to me, is a hell of a lot of money to trust in someone else to deliver what I wanted. The Build quality of this system is amazing; I can’t find a single fault. Everything I asked for was delivered in a way I would expect it to be for this kind of money. The 3 people from Cyberpower PC I have spoken with Via Email have all been very polite and very professional, I would certainly use there service again in the future, and easily recommend this company to others. If you want a high spec Computer and a first class service, then this is a great company to choose.

Didn't know what I needed, but Cyberpower recommended this unit, modifying their base spec to get nearer my budget. I am no computer expert, but they made everything easy for me, & kept me in the loop while it was being built. So far, so good, I am very impressed

I am a repeat customer of CyberpowerPC and this build was simply awesome. The price was reasonable at just over £1,500 which included a 12th-gen 12-core 3.60GHz-5.00GHz Intel processor with RGB liquid cooling, 32GB RGB ram, an Asus Z690-Plus TUF motherboard, and a GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 8GB graphics card. The motherboard is gen 13 ready so we should be good to go for at least another 8-10 years. Can't touch this! I bought this computer to replace my daughter's 8 year old Asus, as she's a professional video editor and badly needed an upgrade for some new work editing for a famous British gaming YouTuber. She is over the moon with its speed, and her rendering time for a 20 minute video went from hours to just 7 minutes! And that's a graphic-heavy video with a lot of special effects! Jacob, Alan, and the rest of the Cyberpower team helped me customize a pre-build and the time and support they provided to answer my questions via email was exceptional. If you take your time and carefully look through the many options available, you can find an affordable build that will surprise you. And we received a free Warhammer 40000 Darktide Imperial gaming bundle too (don't ask me... I'm still working on perfecting Space Invaders!). Thanks CyberPower UK! You are the best!

I have used cyberpower in both the US and now UK and had 3 PC's total over like 15yrs and had no real big complaints, this time was only minor, i bought a pack of 4 cooler master halo fans to place in it by them but 2 of the fans already had bearing noise very loud, i messaged them and sent a video and they were very nice and helped sort it out, when i realised after it was sorted the 2nd fan did the same the day after, they were so nice the first time i chose not to bother them again and bought a new one myself, my only worry is to have 2 of 4 be bad right away seems unlikely so im not sure i got brand new ones from them i hope im wrong, still a loyal customer though as its my only issue ive had really
