My interactions with CyberPower were great. They took the trouble to phone me to check an issue. Sadly the delivery agent, badly lets the company down, not even attempting a delivery. To CyberPower's credit, they did arrange a next day delivery.

Everything was going fine for couple of months but then my pc started crashing and black screening, When to customer support and they told me to reset the bio try that pc worked for a week they closed the ticket then started happening again told me the temperatures on the CPU are high and the cooler needed to be change but would not send me one out even though my pc is under warranty for 2 year and I have only had to for a year. I would not recommend buying from cyberpower customer support don't want to help at all.

My first build purchased from cyberpowepc and I’ve been really impressed with the whole service and build. While the product is referenced as an intel 12th gen. I completely configured it with a 14th gen i7, fractal north case and 4070 super. The process keeps you up to date thought, the team supported in component compatibility prior to purchase and the process keeps you informed throughout right through to delivery via DPD which is always a win. Really happy customer and the rig looks amazing, performs incredibly well, with tidy cabling (ignore the power strip cable reflections in the picture)

I used the custom builder to build a system. I wanted to save myself a day of having to build and tinker with the computer by ordering. When the system arrived the packaging looked nice and it arrived quicker than I thought. A major downside is that the motherboard was not really compatible with the case that I had selected as it could not control the fans so the fans were blaring at full speed whenever the computer was on and the noise was too much. I suppose this is my fault for selecting this motherboard and case but It would be better if you would include a message or something in your builder which would warn of these incompatibility issues. I assumed you would have only compatible systems available when the case has been selected. I contacted the company to see what options I had and I was told I could return the computer for a full refund or buy new fans with them. I ended up buying new fans and replacing them on my system. Overall not super impressed and fairly surprised they will happily ship a computer without control of the fans as they builder would have known of this issue at the time of testing.

The PC is fine, the first delivery was on time but the PC wouldn't boot due to RAM failure. this was returned and swapped. I had asked for Win 11 Pro but the machine arrived with Win 11 Home and an extended conversation with tech support ended with me being told to use the "troubleshoot" button - not what I expect having paid for the upgrade.

Got a powerful PC that I've been eyeing for years and got it at a fairly reasonable price. They did everything I requested in the additional build notes and the pc runs beautifully. The delivery was fairly quick and arrived in pristine condition without damage, loose cables/parts. I was nervous about a lot of things that could go wrong with ordering a pc prebuilt for me even if I did pick all the parts, but I'm very happy to report that I clearly had nothing to worry about. 10/10 service. Use Cyberpower UK!
