a very good computer i am very happy with the choice i made. only that i would have to add 2 observations. a screw on the case was deteriorated and 4 fans were not working they lit up but were not spinning. i also checked the hub plug was not fully connected

Fast and superb machine, only hang up is the price, but AI Data Centers are causing the prices, however, the price comparison and choice of components you can have made CyberPowerPC the choice for me.

Pc itself great delivery exactly when they said it would come packaged well. The main monitor stands are terrible take up way to much desk space. Only issue I had was the graphics card didn’t work on arrival turns out it hadn’t been installed properly it wasn’t seated properly into its pin slot so it wasn’t working am only the onboard one was took a while to realise that though

My third Cyberpower build; hopefully it’ll be just as reliable as the first two have been over the years! Customising the build online was super easy (lots of changes, from case to SSD to extra HDD and RAM). Quick response to a technical query before I ordered this particular case and motherboard combo. Despatch was exactly on the day quoted, and the delivery (free courier!) arrived soon afterwards. Haven’t really had the chance to try serious gaming on it yet, but early signs are of a fantastic, fast and smooth system. I think the price was pretty comparable to other builders - I didn’t spend too much time comparing closely, as I’m happy to stay with a brand I’ve known for many years. The last one ran faultlessly for 6 years (and is still going) so I’m hoping this one will be the same…

Great customer service, great PC . the only thing I am stress honestly is the fact that the fans are not recognized by the MSI Centre app nor from SignalRGB, and I can not change colour from those devices. I can only change colour from the case ( but effects and colour are very limited ) , and I truly wanted to be able to use the software to customise fans effects and colours. Still trying to fix it, going back and forth via email but is not ideal, would be ideal in person to do or at least in video call but I have been told is not possible

Very good computer , looks to be well built , and currently running very well . Had an issue with a slight dent on the top of the computer which probably happened in transit , but CyberPC very quickly gave me a replacement top cover . One other issue with case fans running quite strongly all the time , but customer support again helped me set up some fan curves . Customer support generally very good and helpful , and never takes too long to get through to someone. Overall would recommend.
