Very good initial build. I chose to upgrade the Motherboard to allow for more hard drives and upgraded the RAM to 64GB from 32GB to handle both gaming and video editing. For a base specification purchase this was exception value for money and the support from customer services has been fantastic.

A very well-built custom PC with a good selection of high quality components to choose from. I normally build my own systems but this wasn't too much more expensive than a self build and had the added bonus of a good warranty. It arrived with slight damage to the front panel of the case but this was quickly replaced through their support line. Highly recommended.

Honestly no complaints. I had support with me as I built my PC to make sure everything was right. Delivery was first thing in the morning and the wire management in the case is very clean. They even connected some of the cable for me to add another drive if I wanted.

Fans rgb disconnected on arrival - not sure if came loose in shipping or disconnected on purpose but was easy enough to find a video on the site to show how it can be resolved.
