This was my first purchase from CyberPowerPC UK. It was so easy to select components for a custom build. I was impressed with the way I was kept informed throughout the whole process. Customer service have been fantastic, resolving a small issue within minutes. The overall build quality is outstanding, obvious care with cable management, not just thrown together. I also received a pack with additional screw, cables, fixings etc. left over from the build which is a really nice touch.

Superb, beautifully crafted machine. Although still learning it's unique attributes, you have to admire a tool which we plan to use for years to come. Slick website, customised building showing price differences of large range of top components. After changing my mind a few times and ordering my dream pc (standard delivery), i received it 8 days later and am impressed by the tidy wiring hidden from view and the top performance on tap. Asking questions was responded to in 10 mins, friendly and helpful (dave). Way better experience than another 'specialist ' company I've used before. Bigger choice, better prices, i couldn't build it myself cheaper. Great uk company, very helpful and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone wanting a top pc build whatever the budget. 2 year pick up and return guarantee gives peace of mind too. 5 🌟 Company.

My fourth Cyberpower build in the past 5 years, including two bought as gifts. Honestly, spending this kind of money had me a little anxious, but everything from the online part picker, the delivery of which was super fast, and I mean ordered Monday, here by Friday fast. Even having an issue with my nvme drive (a recent widespread issue with the Samsung sn770 and windows) was solved and replaced within 48 hours and support were fantastic. At every opportunity I was reassured and that reassurance was confirmed by action from the company. It removed the stress I would feel from putting the build together myself like I'd done before. Now I'm playing Silent Hill 2 on my new build and having a blast.

I hadn't built my own PC for many years, so I chose the CyberPower PC builder to build an up-to-date Intel 14th gen PC, I was very happy with the builder itself, it made building a PC very easy. I especially liked the custom engraving service for glass covers on your PC case, I went with my name and an Warcraft Alliance lion logo. The PC arrived very quickly and am very happy with it, had no problems so far! Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting a custom-built PC put together by professionals.
