My machine was delivered ahead of schedule which came as a nice surprise. The PC was extremely well packed but unfortunately the door somehow picked up a small 'ding' whilst in transit. This clearly wasn't the fault of Cyberpower but they very quickly resolved the problem to my complete satisfaction. Excellent post-sale customer service. The machine has performed perfectly so far.
