The system itself is good, I think. Only ordered recently. It's the experience I had with that company that leaves me.. disappointed. I have ordered 2 different sized hard drives (same drives, just different size) and they decided to install Windows and every preinstalled program on the biggest one. It was nowhere said that I need to inform them on which drive I want it installed. I assumed the first drive I select would be the C:// drive (with system programs on), which was the smaller one. They first told me to reinstall it myself, if I am not happy, on the expense of me buying a USB stick for a Windows backup and whatnot, which I have literally no clue about and no time for. So I thought to myself "I paid a lot of money and thus they should fix it, as I ordered a complete prebuild system for a specific reason, also they are the experts in rhis field, right?". After a few unfriendly messages they agreed to reinstall everything, but only for me to receive a system back, that had re-installed Windows. Now on the correct drive, but I needed to install/ update several drivers myself (which was not the case before), together with the Browser I had specifically selected to be installed upon ordering the system. Not what I paid for, but alright, did that myself, as I was already more than annoyed. Additionally, the CPU fan was connected with the RGB cable instead of the USB cable and therefore the lights could not be adjusted through the dedicated program. Needed Google and a friend to help me setting it up correctly. More work for me in the end, driving up and spending nerves on waiting, installations and correctly wiring cables, which is not what I ordered a prebuild system for. The box was mishandled by the delivery service as well, came shredded, the foam broken and overall not re-usable. Upon asking for a new box (in case of moving, resend) I got told I will get a replacement when I need one for a return. I just hope I will get one when I decide to move. Now fighting some green screens, which should not be their fault, but might need to contact them again. Honestly, buying a PC for such a high price I expect to be given the best service and information possible in order to start playing without issues.

personally i bought this mainly to play Fortnite competitive on great frames. if you want that, look forward to 240 consistent in game and depending of your settings and pc optimizations, up to 1000 frames in creative.

First gaming pc and it is amazing. Build quality is super on point and looks awesome. The pc I picked was a mid budget ranged pc that I only use for gaming and it runs all games at high to ultra presets. It was custom built, but out of the box I was ready to play with no set up issues. The delivery was fast as well and for anyone looking to either get their first pc or even their 2nd or 3rd, I highly recommend cyberpower.
