After deciding on a budget and scouring the internet for a company that sold prebuilt pcs, i came across CyberPowerPc and quickly decided that i would be definitely purchasing my first pc from here. The website was easy to use, helping me find the right pc within my budget and had very informative videos and information about the delivery time, build time and what to do when the pc arrived. All of which helped when i finally decided on buying the ultra r75 pc, i was surprised by the price and the fact that i was able to get a powerful machine at a reasonable price. After the quick delivery, i finally received my pc and was very satisfied with my purchase, it was quick and simple, connecting and plugging in my pc to a monitor and a keyboard & mouse was easy. I have been using it for almost a month now and it has been just an absolute powerhouse of a pc. The only reason i gave the value for money as 4/5 i feel like internal packaging should be free and not something payed for. Overall I would definitely recommend CyberPowerPc to a friend as the fast delivery and easy pc setup was very good.

Whole experience was excellent. Build quality was top notch, cable management was clearly done by someone the spends their nights dreaming about tidier ways to manage cables and the customer service I received in ironing out the tiniest little issue upon delivery was both prompt and solved the problem immediately. Easy 5 star review.

Was delivered a week ahead of schedule which was fantastic. Had a problem with a sticky power button which got addressed quickly over the phone and the guy sent me a replacement straight away which was great. 4 star is for the button issue alone but the service was really good. Value for money is a 3 only because of the mark up prices on graphics cards atm and not a comment on cyber themselves. Really pleased with it overall it was a massive upgrade for me and it has handled everything I have threw at it without a hitch. Really cool temps under load too which was something I considered a lot when picking my parts. Would and have recommended cyber to my friends.

Arrived on time, runs like a dream, I did order some upgrades after purchase and they fitted them all and went through without issues, price slightly higher than other shops but I can say the customer was amazing so worth the extra money. I will use them again

Brilliant and professional!
It works, very happy. Several small problems: Some gpu fins arrived bent. The internal packaging material pulled out some of the fan leads when being removed. It was built a few days later than the initial estimate and either the tracking was not updated or the system was not tested for very long once built. The fan curves were terrible. All small issues, nothing worth mentioning to customer support.
I brought my first gaming pc and its amazing the website from cyberpower is easy to use and great customer service. Would highly recommend cyberpower and this gaming pc.
