From my personal experience I can not recommend cyberpower to anyone. My order took roughly a month which is totally understandable due a pandemic. What I don't understand is the lack of care or professionalism in their work. My pc arrived and wouldn't boot, was told various reasons but it in the end turned out that the CPU wasn't in correctly, I had to remove ram, graphics card, cpu heatsink and cpu before I could even get the pc to boot. Hard drive not recognised or formatted in windows, and when I removed the back to get to the hard drives they had just been chucked in there. The bay that should hold the drives had been bent in and damaged. This wouldn't of been done through shipping so it was obviously damaged and left which shows a complete lack of care and respect for the customer and the goods on which they are paying for. I have basically rebuilt the PC and sorted out the mess it arrived in. I completely regret using cyberpower
