The computer runs great and I have had no issues with how well it runs. The fans at the front of the PC run but the RGB in them doesn't work. The excellent customer service team offered to send out new fans for me. The 2nd time I have bought from these guys and nothing but good things to say about them

I ordered a custom PC based on this product. I had some specific config requirements and questions and Cyberpower support were prompt and very helpful in addressing them. Support also made suggestions about my config that would better suit my needs [and actually saved me a few pounds]. All in all, I got a great PC, within my budget, to my custom requirements, and built and dispatched on time. A perfect transaction.

Obviously you spend more for the sake of labour costs but worth it given I needed the PC on a short time frame. Great build quality and cable management, shipped with care. Whilst I normally build I would easily recommend them to others or if I was ever in a pinch like that again order from them to get a PC with quality parts quickly.

What can I say, My new rig runs everything I enjoy playing at the highest settings with ease, arrived early which is always a bonus. Build standards are what you would expect and I saved money when comparing a similar build with other main competitors. Overall I'm very happy with the performance and price paid.

Love the rig, was a lovely one after the one I had in 2020. Only issue is that windows 11 is making most of my games stutter and crash so I downgraded by to windows 10 😤

Couldn't find anything with these specs for a remotely similar price. They guys putting it together even called me to let me know I could use a cheaper part that would work just as well for gaming. I needed it for design so I kept my part but it was nice of them to do that.
