the Pc is great and handles anything i throw at it, only because gpu`s prices are insane at the moment, with no sign of coming back down, due to the manufacturers insane price gouging. Cyber power have built me several pc, as both the son and the wife have bought them, all great with zero issues. overall great, with updates on your build and a estimated start and delivery point(because thing happen), but we are quite local and getting to the shop is not a issue.

Works well and is very quiet thanks to the replacement fans with rubber fan dampeners, termals are reasonable and all wires were well secured. I was nervous about having someone else build my PC since historically I've done everything myself but I can't find anything to complain about. Very well done!

PC runs amazingly constant 240fps no drops on fortnite and 150+ on warzone (low settings) only downside is I expected leds to be prebuilt in just like the picture but that wasn’t a feature and it also did come with a bluetooth device so I had to buy that, other than that amazing pc.

Hard to judge. 1st 2 glass smashed by courier company but cyberpower updated the case and after asking for some compensation as had holiday to take delivery (3times!) They sent a keyboard and mouse set. Could not fault cyberpowers csd!

The pc itself is fantastic the only main issue I had with it was the fact that the case was broken now I am not blaming anyone about this but I wish CP would next time double check just to make sure that everything is fine

Cons: - No 3 front fans that i'd have like to be specified. On the site says all the fans and how many it contains but it never actually said how many i get, in the specifications i see 3 front fans, on the pictures as well but in reality have none, which reduces the air cooling( This is the only reason i rate is 4 stars.) - I found 3 lose screws on the top of the chase that could have cause damage. - The graphics card cable management covers the GEFORCE logo,so it covers its RGB.( yes, it is a mid tower with less space, still i would have liked that not covered. ) - The SSD is mounted below the GPU on the second slot, not in the ultra fast shroud and thermal pad covered 1st spot. On the picture 1 you can see the circled area. The SSD is not there, and i don't understand the reason why, but i hope your builders know something i don't know, and instead is placed below the GPU as on picture 2. And ye the 8 pin connector covers the GEFORCE logo, and ye, covers sadly the RGB
