Fantastic customer service and very helpful when selecting accessories and upgrades to the system, no problems at all and looks amazing in my office
Pc came broken!!! Had to repair myself! All cables pulled as tight as they could get them! USB 3.0 wasn’t even plugged in! Two weeks of having the pc and Ethernet port just decided to stop working so had to send hole pc back to them! After ringing them to see what was haapening with the pc all I got was will be fixed soon and sent back to you so I complained about this an I was told you’ll have a manger contact you the next day and not had any contact don’t buy pre build or custom build from this company very poor workmanship

People making are brainded they put in io sheild that didn’t fit so in order to use computer i had to manually remove

Great experience. Joined the Cyber Power discord server as I was unsure on what PC to build or buy. Had lots of amazing help and my system is all built and here. Recently purchased others from Cyber Power via their sales team and they were amazing
I made a configuration of my own and to my surprise they didn't put the cheapest 3070 they head but a better version of it! Also the pc was clean as far as cable management, the packaging wasnt the best quality but had no impact during transfer. The only thing I have noticed and I notice everytime I turn on the pc is that the side panel when lift by the led has a huge mark, almost like it's being scraped with glass paper from the inside and I doesn't seem to dissappear even when I tried to clean it. The pc is 20 days in my hands, so far I'm very satisfied I will update later!
I'm quite satisfied by the service and end result, would definitely recommend to others who are looking to build/order a computer online.
Great service and excellent PC. Changed my order to a white case from black and asked not to have cyberpower logo on front of case but to keep manufactures logo. All requests handled perfectly. PC looks amazing with LED options included.

Poor customer service when calling to upgrade an order. Poor complaint handling regarding said customer service. Gung ho with electric screwdriver making it difficult for customer to remove screws. Wanted to avoid putting words cable and management in the same sentence but I couldn’t - didn’t even try to organise cabling. See photo. RGB AIO not connected properly so can’t be software controlled. Just rainbow on that one.
