Received very accurate advice , very fast prompt delivery

Simple order, simple customer service, simple delivery.

Simply good.

Items dispatched next day following late evening order. Received a phone call to check that I had everything as the Sonos unit cannot drive the speakers, and although I had ordered an amplifier from elsewhere it was nice that the extra thought was put into the service.

CyberCelect efficiently handled our order from start to finish. The technical back up was excellent (supplying us with a system drawing). Hope to use them again in the future.

Saw the website, noticed Cyberselect were local, gave them a ring and asked about the product (labgear distribution unit). the guy on the phone knew everything about the product and asked me about what i needed it for.
Fitted unit , had trouble getting it up and running so rang them and they talked me through possible solutions,to which one of them was spot on.
Nothing was too much trouble for the guys at Cyberselect and i will certainly be using them again.

Before I purchased a one room iDock bundle i phoned on numerous occassions with detailed questions and alway received polite and helpful advice and guidance. Item arrived well packed and very quickly.

Cyberselect were great. James was happy to help design a layout for the different kit which is now in place and working well. The kit was very competitively priced and the after sales support was great as well.

I have been using cyberselect for almost 4 year now and have used their guidance to set up a multimedia video routing system in my new house. Both James and John are very approachable and knowledgeable about the products they sell. They are happy to spend the time giving you advice and will try and their best to troubleshoot when things don't quite work. I have already recommended them to my friends who also have been very please with the level of support. Thank you for your ongoing help and support.

I was truly satisfied I bought my product from this company. I found the level of professionalism, and care they took with my enquiries and advice absolutely top notch. They even tried to contact me out of business hours (obviously checking that was ok with me first) as I struggled to find time during business hours. The advice they provided me before the purchase was valuable and accurate, and the support I needed after my purchase, was fantastic. They know their stuff extremely well, and the products are well packaged, and swift on delivery. The price is also very reasonable.

I found the company through a general search. From the first conversation it has been clear that they are passionate about what they do and are genuinely interested in the success of my project. It would have been impossible without them.

They are happy to advise and give information on products which is important to a novice. All goods sent and received ultra quickly. Very happy with service

Not much more I can say other than the headline. If this was an ebay merchant I would be giving it A++++++++

Good old traditional customer service (i.e. you matter to them) backed up with great technical knowledge and good prices - what more could you want.

I started a barn conversion about 9 months ago and found Cyberselect through a recommendation, since then I have not looked back.

They've been patient, helped me wire for a complete media solution and guided me to the most suitable products without trying to rip me off (a rare attribute).

I'm usually very critical but these guys have been great. Thanks.

between james and richard they offer a very good service, always there to advise and guide you to achieve what you need to whether its DVD's Blueray players, TV matrix systems almost everything to do with home automation

Had too many issues with delivery and not being kept in the loop. Get there in the end but tend to get a nasty taste from time to time which means I go else where. Always come back though.

Excellent advice, top-class service.
