Very impressed with the whole experience. Would handle a problem with the delivery, which ensured I received the package. The only issue is that they only use one delivery company (City-Link) who only use an automated service for re-delivery and could not specify a more accurate ETA. Would definitely shop again.

When there were problems delivering to the specified address (1st order has to be to the billing address) they phoned me to arrange delivery to an alternate address on a date of my choosing.

The goods were delivered the day after the specified date but this was a problem with Citylink failing to find the address and not CyberSelect's fault.

Great company to deal with, told us exactly what we needed to know, made sure we knew what we had to do with the equipment we were buying and delivered everything the next day.

Ordered a second one for another room as was delighted with the original one

Their customer service is excellent. They emailed me to ask if I had any special delivery instructions, and they helpfully delayed shipment of my order for a couple of days until I could arrange for someone to be available to sign for delivery. They also emailed again to check whether instructions relating to a previous order were still useful.
The product I bought is exactly as described, and cheaper than I expected.

They always seem to have what I need in stock and have tried and tested all their products.

One of the most helpful companies that I have dealt with for some time. Polite, professional and did what they said they would do. Delivery was arranged by phone to avoid parcels disappearing off doorsteps or being lost in courier "Bermuda Triangles". Most impressed.

Having placed my order just prior to Christmas CyberSelect were concerned that I wouldn't recieve my items and called me a few times to make sure I got. Tech help was also very good. I certainly recommend them!

Payment terms as originally stated were rather inflexible, but were waived to allow despatch after clearance of payment of a U.K. cheque : delivery was promptly made on the day when it had been promised.

I bought a SCART-Balun pair to run video over CAT5 cable.

Firstly the product works brilliantly (so much better than any wireless sender/receiver I've used) and was simple to set up. Price is slightly higher than a simple wireless sender/receiver but the quality is so much better. It is also competitively priced compared to other network based TV products.

Secondly they have a great range and as my A/V needs change I will certainly stop back

Finally their customer service is excellent. The product was sent via Citi Link and I missed the initial delivery. I requested (via the citi link website) that the delivery be attempted again in a few days time, however despite citi link acknowledging this they still tried to delivery the next day when I wasn't in. CyberSelect emailed me immediately and were available at the end of the phone (with no automated system and based in the UK) - they looked into it and got it sorted out for me in next to no time. They also stepped in again when Citi Link didn't load the item on the van in the morning.

Couldn't fault them, in fact they're one of the better online retailers.
