Trustworthy advice from people who know their stuff

Big thanks to Tom and John at Cycle Revolution, Colchester. Great advice on bike choice for my 11 year old, now got something that rises well for him now and will see him through several years of growth ahead. Got is spot on. Great product range. This is the fourth bike we’ve had from the shop for our family and they’ve never let us down. Great aftersales too.

Bike service

I had my bike wheel looked at and new inner tube etc .also staff very good at communicating,and sorted out the parts on bike quickly that were missing.
Very handy to have near my home
Shop is spacious and welcoming

Had a great experience. Can only recommend.

Had a great experience with Cycle Revolution. Arranged and bought a road bike through the phone (not even been at the shop). Colleague D was super helpful and professional over the phone. Helped me a great deal to get the most suitable bike for my needs, in the right size, for the money I had. Super helpful and great customer service.

I had an amazing experience with Cycle…

I had an amazing experience with Cycle Revolution today. All staff was professional and knowledgable, assisting me without any hesitation. They really enjoy their jobs and you can see the passion for cycling shining through. I purchased a smaller child’s bike from here in the past, and given the quality of that I came back for more now my kids are older.

I popped into the store with my two children today 8 & 9 in search of a good bike for Christmas. I was greeted straight away with a good morning. I wasn’t familiar with the store layout so I moved towards a staff member to ask about appropriate bikes for my children. John came straight over giving me detailed insight to my children’s heights and what they recommend for them. Both my children chose a bike that they both loved and was excited for. John and his staff even attached a bike stands and drinks bottle holders to the bikes then and there for me. They adjusted the brakes to fit my child’s hands better which great care for their safety and cycle experience. The service was incredible. I purchased the two bikes in full and was pleased to be told they are flexible about collection and can hold it for a long time which wasn’t needed for me but good service. I was treated with respect and felt very comfortable around the store. I left with two very happy children. John is a credit to this business and other members of staff in cycle revaluation Colchester was excellent. Will always spend my money here for the whole family.

Efficient service

I ordered some chain lubricant but unfortunately when it arrived it had leaked in the packaging. I sent photographs and a replacement was sent that very same day. Couldn't ask for more. Great service
