Excellent service
I went to Cyclestreet directly from my abandoned ride with a problem with a tubeless tyre. Jon and his member of staff (didn’t catch his name) were very helpful and knowledgeable and they were able to deal with the issue there and then rather than booking in for repair.
A customer car park adjacent to the shop is a bonus.
Cyclestreet is now my cycle shop of choice

Good value service from friendly pros
As ever when I've visited CycleStreet, on my recent visit the staff were polite and helpful, and they are knowledgable about bikes (not purely sales staff that you get in some bike retailers). That's good when a quick assessment of your bike can save time and money. I had a squeaky brake problem, and a slightly weak rear brake, and after booking it in late Friday I had it back on Saturday with the brake pads cleaned and a problem with air in the brake fluid sorted out for £12, which I think is very reasonable. I have been coming here for about four years I think, and I've always been happy with the service, products on offer and, not least, the bike I bought three years back.

Consistently excellent service
Been bringing my commuter bike here for just over 7 years for servicing and repairs - also for accessories/parts for my family's bikes too. The guys are always really helpful and professional, the texts to let you know your bike is ready are fantastic......can't say enough good things about this place. Wouldn't go elsewhere.

I cannot rate this place highly enough
I cannot rate this place highly enough! Thank you for coming to my rescue when I got a puncture in my back tyre on my way home on Friday. You very kindly made space for my bike to be repaired, in-between other work you had on, while I waited (which I was very grateful for given the torrential rain!). A very reasonable price too. Your service and attitude was amazing - many thanks again.

6 month service and rear puncture repair
Had 6 month service and rear puncture repair. Easy to book in via website. Booking notified via text in timely manner. Pleasant staff and quick turnaround within the afternoon. Always use Cyclestreet for repairs/ servicing of my road bike.

Don’t recommend
Don’t recommend. If you do not purchase the bike from Jon’s shop he is not interested. Mine went back for warranty, when I picked it up he was abusive. He also lost the sale of a £5000 bike I was going to buy for my wife. Won’t be going back.
I've purchased a bike but unfortunately…
I've purchased a bike but unfortunately it was out of stoke and the site wasn't updated. However Jon dealt with it so quickly and professionally that I have to give them 5 stars. My next bike is definitely from them purely for their great customer service experience.
