Fantastic service at cycle guard
Every member I spoke to at cycle guard was not only helpful, but sympathetic and supportive. My claim was sorted within the day and I had a fantastic experience. Would 100% reccomend.

The renewal quote was about 25% more than same from another insurer
The renewal quote from this company was 25% more than identical cover from an alternative company. I therefore didn’t renew and fortunately Cycleguard were unable to take the premium using a saved card details as the card had been replaced due to bank changing card companies.

Been insured with them for a few years…
Been insured with them for a few years now and we’re excellent when I needed the breakdown service for my bike but on renewal I found out they are not doing the 24/7 breakdown service anymore even though it’s advertised still on their website and not sure when that changed as not been sent an email to tell me , so it’s good I didn’t require that service in last year.
I have cancelled my unsure as I needed the breakdown cover.
I spoke to a couple of members of staff who both said you don’t do the breakdown cover anymore and that’s why I didn’t renew and went somewhere else.

We do still offer the 24/7 cycle rescue recovery service as standard within our cycleGuard policy so had you broken down you would have still been able to use the service.
The cover is designed to get you, or a family member, to a safe location in the event of an irreparable puncture or breakdown.
If you have cancelled in error then please do let us know and we can arrange for your policy to be set back up.
