Very much enjoy my bike having a space in the Bike Hangar in my street, it's allowed me to use my bike more frequently as I'm no longer having to carry it up and down from my 3rd floor flat.
The process from being offered the space to receiving my key was swift and pain free.

I bought a spot in a nearish hangar earlier this year, but rejoined a waitlist for a closer one. When a spot became free, I rented that new space and was asked about whether I’d be switching locations I confirmed I would and asked if they could advise how to return the key for the old spot. When the new key arrived it came with a stamped self-addressed envelope for the old one, meaning I could return it instantly and without expense. I also received confirmation they’d had the old key delivered and they proactively confirmed I’d be getting a pro rata refund on the unused rental duration for the old spot. I’d assumed that was non-refundable so never even asked.

Very good proactive service, particularly from Precious with whom I have spoken the most.

Cyclehoop RBKC have always been helpful and friendly. I value the personal touch they give to communications. Although there have been occasional problems their staff have always tried to resolve issues impartially and promptly. I value my Cyclestore space highly and can't imagine living here without it. My bicycle is insured, safe and sound. My only gripe would be how dirty it gets from debris that blows under the edge of the hangar.

The higly recommendable Cyclehoop is efficient and puntual and open to clear and transparent communication and service.

I LOVE access to the Cyclehoop bike hangar, thanks very much for proving this service. I now cycle more including on local trips around Putney because it is much easier to get my bike out than previously when I had to drag it through the house from the back garden.

Recently when there was a problem with the lock, you fixed it and kept me informed - thank you.

Team was excellent in locating an availability for me so quickly. Corresponded with me all the way till the keys arrived. Cyclehoop was easy to use and kept my bike safe and dry.

Excellent service - there was an initial problem with unit key however this issue was highlighted and sorted very quickly. Great communication throughout - would def recommend.

Excellent and prompt service by the team throughout the rental period. Bikes were safe the whole time I stored them in the Bikehangers — there's a reason why spaces are in such high demand! Only request is for more Bikehanger locations as it can take a while before you are allocated a space from the waiting list.

So happy with the hangar and all of Cyclehoop services.
Customer service is also great! Precious helped me get a new bike ID tag and update my bank details. It was fast, smooth, and painless.

Excellent experience. If there are issues (rarely) they are quickly resolved. This keeps my bike out of the house and in an easily accessible place. Highly recommend.

Used their hangar for several years - reasonably priced, saved lots of weathering to my bike, provided security, easy to use, and I love anything that encourages the use of sustainable transport! Had an issue upon sending the key back for reposit return but this was promptly resolved.

Having a space in a Cyclehoop hangar makes cycling so much easier. It's safe, quick and good value. There just needs to be more of them!

It is a privilege to have a space
In a cyclehoop hanger on my road. It has transformed my experience of cycling in London over the last few years. I have had a number of bikes stolen or vandalised in the past when I had to lock my bike to a lamp post.

The hanger is well maintained- though I do find opening and closing it rather heavy but that is because I have shoulder problems.

Obviously having the bike store is super convenient, and other bike users have been very considerate and friendly. Staff at cyclehoop are also very approachable and friendly if there are any problems.

Our bike hanger was broken into. It was a terrifying experience, as the perpetrator was screaming and swearing and threatening us with his angle grinder.
I emailed Cyclehoop, and they acted immediately. They contacted all the users, sent a man to replace the lock, and posted the new key to us. Very impressed. Very grateful.
We're not always happy with the level of maintenance - the hanger is often dirty inside and is full of graffiti outside - but the service on this occasion was excellent.
