I needed a cycle hoop place in a hurry…

I needed a cycle hoop place in a hurry and was lucky enough for one nearby to be free. Having paid for a year, I found I was unable to use my bike, and passed the bike onto a friend thus meaning I no longer needed my place. I returned the key expecting only the return of my deposit but they very graciously intend to return a prorated amount of the years subscription. A very nice gesture from them.

Couldn’t ask for more…

Yes the ppl cyclehoop were really helpful when I locked my keys in the hoop it’s self. I was expecting wait for them to post out another key to open it up so I could retrieve my house keys. They got in contact with another cyclist and within half an hour I got them back. So I’m very happy with the service

Terrible company.

If I'd been able to give 0 stars I would. I've been renting a locker since October and three times now the lock has been non functioning. The customer service is apalling. No apology or communication and they take a very long time to get someone out. I'm left without my bicycle for days.

Thank you for taking the time to leave each of your reviews. We value feedback from our customers, although, in these two instances we do not believe your reports to be entirely accurate or fair.

Over the course of your year with us, there were three cases created for our maintenance team for your Bikehangar, all reported by you. These are as follows:

• Reported Thursday 3rd June, attended Monday 7th June
• Reported 19th July, attended 20th July
• Reported 8th September, attended 9th September

The longest you waited for repairs was 2 business days. On each of these occasions, you reported the lock was jammed. On the first visit, maintenance deemed the lock was indeed slightly stiff so applied lubricant and made minor adjustments. The next two occasions were caused by another customer not parking their bike correctly and blocking the internal handle with their tyre. The other customer was able to gain access and move their bike, without any assistance. Our maintenance team attended just to check things over and on each occasion they confirmed that this was being caused by user error and not a fault with the product itself.

Our customer service team did everything they could to assist you and as a gesture of good will we refunded you in full.

We are sorry that you did not enjoy your time with us, but would be happy to help you again with secure on street cycle parking, should you need it in the future.

Great service and hangars

Very fast response to help me arrange a rental that accomodates the trike I need for mobility. I love the bike hangars - back in the day when I could ride two wheels, these hangars would have been the bee's knees.

Excellent - both hangar and customer service. Well designed, maintained, organised and managed. Extremely convenient. Fairly priced. (Angela in rentals customer service particular efficient and pleasant!)

Really straightforward and friendly

I just got off a really straightforward call with Cyclehoop’s customer service. I only waited less than a minute for my call to be picked up, and I got all the information I needed in less than 3 minutes. The guy was really friendly and happy to help and understood my query instantly. This is an example of brilliant customer service and should be a role model for other companies.

i've worked for cyclehoop! management is bad.
cyclehoop don't consider or appreciate there work
colleagues.
Over work for small pay.
They also don't pay your full overtime.
worst place i've ever worked for.
